Great video. Only just found out today you can recall to an in ANYWHERE on the map. So like a nob i have been in the middle of nowhere, finishing a quest, then have to travel to a shrine. So this will save me so much time + the other benefits will only be prominent the further into the game i get
You have to have enough rep in a zone to unlock the ability to buy a home there. If you are on your map there is a tab (right under where your quests are shown) where you can check your territory standing and bonuses, the first bonus you unlock in a zone allows you to buy a house.

Also, anytime i try and purchase a house it says i me a permit or something but don't know how to get one
