I’m picturing an WWII Army green WITH the BIG white star on the two doors. That’s just me.
Yeah that’d be perfect
Wow. What a project? Had a 3.8 Daimler Jag back in the 70's. Unfortunately never got around to the chop and channel job.
Thanks!!
Fabulous built. Brilliant. God Bless all. Inspirational... shared.

This is a cool build. I was just imagining a modification of an ambassador car Hindustan motors.
Mad respect for this build!!
I have been a fan of this ride(I even have it as one of my wallpapers) since I seen it on some show years ago and it's so cool to see more details of the build. Cool, rough, raw ride. 🧐👍🏿
Thanks!!! Appreciate the love!
Wow you found a BMW I’d actually want to drive. Bravo sir, bravo

Very beautiful car but the only thing missing is a v8 engine with a super charger
Thanks. We chose to stick with the BMW powerplant to stay different from everybody else. With the giant turbo, we are putting down over 500hp at the wheels, which is plenty for us to drive on the street.
👀👍❤✌😎
Bel lavoro, comunque non mi piace la macchina non verniciata, oltre ovviamente al pericolo di ruggine!
Thanks. It will soon be getting a coating of poppys patina which will prevent rusting. But it doesn't really want to rush here in southern AZ. And if it does, we just hit it again with some scotchbrite or the restorer tool.
It's ok. It's almost nice. Good concept apart from destroying the lines on the hood with the cutout. Well done! Almost.
I'm curious what the difference of weight of the bodies is 😏
Final weight is basically the same as the factory BMW! The BMW body has many layers, and the interior is quite heavy.
@@ryank_maniac regardless of the difference, it is just an awesome project that I'd love to have. Just for the poppin the hood looks you get! Nice freakin job!! 👌
@@HardtoHandleThisFellathanks a lot! Appreciate it. It definitely turns a little of heads!!
@@ManiacsGarage it should. You outdid yourself for sure. Can't wait to see the next project
Approx. final weight is around 3500 lbs.
Why you dont shading the lights of videos metal welding?
존나 멋있네
All that room under the front end and the turbo is sticking out of the hood? That and the unfinished looking flares just doesn't do it for me. I completely dig the concept though.
No prob, everyone has their own opinion. That's what is so great about the custom car culture.
The turbo was always meant to be seen and the fender flare may still end up getting mounted differently. But as far as the flares go, they were hand rolled, shaped and TIG welded, they are completely one of one. Thanks for watching!! p.s. Stay tuned for our next body swap...
Awesome. The only thing that bugs me is the turbo, that should not have been installed so high, but more ‘hidden’. It kind of spoils the overall look. Other than that: my deepest respect for this build !
Thank you!! We wanted the turbo to be seen with the hood shut, as this build was to be over the top with the ultra wide wheels. Otherwise, it could have looked good also with the turbo hidden and the wheels tucking. Thanks for watching and for taking the time to comment!! Cheers!!
машина кайф, монтаж не очень)
Putting stanced 23 inch dubs and low profile tyres on a shoebox Ford is like putting clown-shoes on Audrey Hepburn (i know it's a body-swap, and they just left the wheels that came with the drvetrain, but still)
I feel bad for whoever put all that work into a pretty seamless chop... only to have some goober JB-weld giant, flared wheel-arches onto it, and crap all over the clean lines that the 49-51 Ford is famous for...
Hahaha.... thanks for your opinion (everyone has one LOL).
The jewmobile oy very Bateman....
