I've watched Ian since the show started. everyone who has anything to do with cars in Australia, knows who Ian is. We all love his work. We would love him to come down under.
Ian is gifted beyond belief. His builds are amazing. I try not to miss one and I’ve been known to watch them multiple times. How can he possibly see these builds before doing the work, and going back to change major parts before continuing. 😮😮😊😊
Let him work at his speed. If he's burning out, let him take a break! No deadlines!! Let him, be him, so the rest of us, who enjoys watching him work, let him get at it. Thank you.
absolutely he’s on his own planet he needs clientele with “bottomless pits” eg “Sheeks” that let him “do exactly what he’s good at “ give him full reign “OH MY GOD” the WORLD will be at a “STAND STILL”
It got hooked a while ago. I'm 76 and can't do what i use to do. I live through his projects, I really enjoy his shows. Now his wife has joined the shows it brought a whole new side to the show. Too many other shows are full of drama and language. Unless you hit your thumb with a hammer there is no need for cuss words. Best of everything to them!
When he recycles old rusty metal I wonder how long his builds will last. I wonder by grinding off paint and rust how thin the metal ends up compared to using new sheet metal. How well does the sides match when it only shows one hand made side and yet has to make a mirror image? Are there projects that never get completed due to lack of interest? His wife does an amazing job filming his work and fun when she make more comments. I hope I can continue to watch as at 76 I have terminal cancer.

I have several vehicle concepts in my mind, but unfortunately lack of funds, facilities, and health has prevented me from building even the simplest of them.
The only car show that is intelligent the other shows are full of yankey bullshit and full of egotistical time wasters full custom is very big in Australia but only has a small amount of shows a year more please 🎉🎉

Ian and Jamie, you guys rock! Keep up the great work! I noticed that when Ian is listening to a client, his wheels are turning in his head and he’s taking in what the client wants and then he exceeds what the client wants. It’s like they look at him and exclaim that’s what I wanted. It’s so funny that they never knew what they wanted until he(Ian) pointed that out to them.

Good evening Mr Roussel. You've always , sung the praise of Mr Ed Roth. Will you ever build a tribute car. I think if you were to collaborate with Johnny. Let him come up with a few designs, you choose, finesse and build it. Mr Roth and his son would be proud.
Ian is a 'fabricator', not a 'fornicator' as someone noted below. For all I know he may be both, but that has nothing to do with the job at hand. He is a top custom designer and finisher. In the trade he's considered one of the best, in the Top Ten tier for sure. But just ask Victor, he's not cheap.
Watch him and now Jamie all the time and even reruns and think back when I was a teenager and was with my friends tinkering with our cars and wishing we more money for the “good stuff”
I always looked at his work and his show as Ian just welding one piece of junk to another piece of junk and then grinding down the welds. At the end of the show somehow miraculously the car is finished all the little oddball details that were not addressed are suddenly addressed and finished. I just always assumed the real talent was not being shown on the show. All of the real talent was the guys and girls working behind the scenes to make it look easy.
I dont know who wrote the script for this video, but they were way off base on most of his builds. I hardly ever saw these so called experts working with him. He had good friends from the custom car culture come by and work with him. Johnny Jaloppy was one that helped him a few times on great builds. He likes too work alone most of the time and his wife has been a great asset too his work. Now they are on You Tube the show is greater than the tv show.

I've watched a good number of episodes. This told us nothing. Like seeing the same film clips over and over and over, the narrator just said the same things over and over and over, sometimes changing the words a little, but saying the same thing... Not interesting in the least. In spite of this "Concealed secrets" thing, I'll still watch him.
I disagree with the narrator about him having a staff, or crew. I never see anyone but him , from start, to finish.( Except, when he needs a extra pair of hands, for mounting parts, pieces. The man, is a genius! And what I really like, is that he's totally unconventional. Why is he not on PBS, doing what he does best?

Yeah, all the talk of "his team" and the collaboration are misplaced. Nobody flies as solo in the car fabrication world as Ian! Also, he is not exactly known for his creations made with 3D printing and CNC machine work. This AI-generated text is off the mark, as any real fan of Ian's work can attest.
I like the work and the way Ian does things, and the dude is an absolute horse. IAN = So what I'm going to do now is Mach up this trans into the frame rails, grabs the trans like a bowling ball and walks across shop with it. IAN = Well, looks like it's time to separate the body and frame, steps into removed floor pans and does a squat with head through sunroof and walks across the shop with it. Honestly, I just like the way that he allows it to just happens as he goes along in the build, and for sure has some out of the box ways in his designs.

What's left out here is his unique sense of humor and interaction with his dogs. Adds to the show.

Me too...
I HAVE WATCHED EVERY TV EPISODE AND HIS YT CHANNEL, BUT...YOUR TITLE IS 100% MISLEADING, AS THOUGH SOMETHING TRAGIC HAPPENED. HATE CLICK BAIT
I feel the same way, and I've started giving a thumbs down to videos that prey on my desire to know "what's happened?" to many different subjects.
To much repeated talk about each c ar
100% Robert. I hate clickbait too.
Agreed !!!!!
I dont like this video at all. No tragedy. Why lie to get veiws. I watched Ian last night on his channel.

He's an amazing and gifted fabricator I love watching his show
He's kinda like Nikola Tesla. He sees things in his mind, then makes them.
I heartily agree with Rob Hart. This title gives the impression of Ian's demise-when he's still alive and kicking!
That was my thought/fear. Ian has a mind that takes raw ideas and translates to art!
One of my favorite shows! Don't go away! Keep going, please!😁
Let him work at his speed. If he's burning out, let him take a break! No deadlines!! Let him, be him, so the rest of us, who enjoys watching him work, let him get at it. Thank you.
I like the no drama car building.
Ian was blessed with the knack. He is one of a kind TCB
I enjoy watching Ian create his visions he thinks out side the Box & turns out some cool projects
Maybe I missed something watching the show but I've never seen Ian use 3D printing or CNC machines. Ian is my favorite artist/builder.
I agree...
Him and Chad Hiltz (Bad Chad) both are very similar and Uber talented. I would love to see some collaborations together building cars.
@@ReedThomas71 that would be a cool team up!
I was thinking the same thing
I get goosebumps watching his shows! He is an amazing artist and engineer.
Ian has it all; creativity, great skills, and pleasant demeanor. Take it to the next level, Ian!

I have always enjoyed every episode of Ian's creations, keep up the good work for as long as you can !!!!
I watch the show whenever I can catch it and I am never disappointed.
Been loving watching his 38 Cad build can't wait until its finished
I watch it every day, and his technic helps me in my wood working.
😂

Sure would like to see. All the finished projects that. Ian has done.
Did he finish any that are road worthy?🦇

This is probably one of the only custom car shows that doesn't have a bunch of goofy characters and focuses on the cars more than stupidity

The young Ian and the older one are two completely different people. He's very talented, but his ego got in the way in the most recent videos.
What was the tragedy🫣much bless full respect For IAN 🙏🏾🫂🤞🏾✍🏾💯❤️
He's a master of his trade, no drawings, no plans just do with any risk.
