my notification plays no sound on my echo device. Do I need Nova Cassa, or can it work without a hA subscription? I see all my devices but they seem to be unavailable in the entity's. Thanks.
You had me thinking for a second then as I've been using the Nabu Casa integration for a while now and thought that maybe I'd forgotten about that but I've just tried it on my test HA installation which doesn't have cloud enabled and it works fine with just the Alexa integration installed.
Could it be the amazon location you've specified when installing the integration?
