Restructuring 1.2 Billion of Debt….not mentioned. Reduced interest payments by $35Million/Month - Quarterly profit was $49MM. Without the restructuring (reduction of Debt) would have been a $56MM loss. Oh yeah, great team…I mean thx..lenders for the haircut

Agreement to eliminate more than 83% of Carvana’s 2025 and 2027 unsecured note maturities and lower required cash interest expense by over $430 million per year for the next two years.
Agreement to reduce Carvana’s total debt outstanding by over $1.2 billion.
New notes offered in the exchange are secured by Carvana and ADESA assets.
Exchange will launch with support from Noteholders representing over 90% (~$5.2 billion) of Carvana’s senior unsecured notes.

Carvana broke my 1st vehicle I ordered. So i cancelled. Ordered another truck. Paid $890.00 shipping. They called 20 hrs later talkinh about they need 3k more down. So I cancelled legally by their terms. Now they refusing to refund the $890.00
