Solution - jo district level ki court ek h civil or criminal unhe devide kr ke civil ke liye alg court ,cr. Ke liye alg court ho jae ..or special cases h sare to nhi but kuch point consider kr ke unhe alg kr diya jae svi ke liye specific judge appoint kr diya jae to wo apna kam jldi or behtr trike se kr paenge .avi sara load ek judge pr hota h wo delay to hoga hi na (nidhi mishra ,L.LM )
