  • In this video, I'll be showing you show to print coffee cups and mugs using dye sublimation without using a mug press. We'll be using a convection oven and DyeTrans Sublimation Production Wrap for Oven Imaging for our coffee mugs. Overall, I feel like they work MUCH better and more consistent than the cheap green silicone.
    Settings used:
    - Premium Matte Paper settings
    - Oven to 450* (verified as around 400 using oven thermometer)
    - 12 Minutes bake time
    Equipment used:
    - Dye Trans Mug Wrap
    bit.ly/3Nro9vg
    - Hamilton Beach 6-slice Countertop Easy Reach Convection Oven

    Equipment used:
    - Tusy Heat Press
    amzn.to/47IYhpw
    - A-sub 8.5" x 11"
    amzn.to/3Rbt3QF
    - Wirester Heat Resistant Gloves
    amzn.to/3R23MIM
    - Hiipoo Ink
    amzn.to/41atQpN
    - Butcher Paper

    - Standard Printer Paper
    - Epson Workforce WF-7720 printer
    - Sublimation Tape

This video was a life saver and I made sure to get the same oven because my other oven suddenly started giving me issues and I wasted a box of blanks! This works perfectly! TIP make sure you put the mug far enough back that its sitting between the heat coils so you dont have certain spots with burn discoloration spots! PERFECT tutorial!!! Thank you1
