One small tip is that you can put the whole foil right on the grill and the asparagus will cook up real nice and it's an easier transfer. But honestly, you can't beat how good that plate looked. 👍 thanks for the tip on the rub

If you know ahead of time call them and tell them exactly what you want. They will have it ready for you. It’s a very small mom and pop shop but they are booked up till 2022 on hog/beef killings.

That steak was absolute perfect medium at 140 degrees. While I like mine with a little bit more char, there was absolutely nothing wrong with those rib eyes. Damm good video.

Just has to nitrile and not latex and powder free. If it’s not powder free and non latex the food can have a latex flavor. Don’t want to ruin a good meal cause the meat taste like a glove
I BBQ'd some Rib Eye Steaks on Memorial day but did not record it :-) Wal-Mart does have decent steaks especially there Angus cuts :-) Asparagus is my favorite vegetable :-) Nice sear marks :-) Dude this whole meal looks delicious :-) A "BIG" thumbs up :-) ROCK ON!!!!!!!
stuart markman Thanks for watching I appreciate it. Oh you can’t go wrong with just salt and pepper. But the cow cover and Texas beef seasoning accent the meat not cover it up. Try it out sometime it gives it a richer beef flavor. I won 3rd place at a steak cook off with the seasons in that video. But I didn’t cook them on a kettle. I used my old char-griller with grill grates.

Ya know when you could wrap that asparagus up with some butter and that W sauce? Maybe a little garlic. 😂 I'm just giving you a hard time brother..
