You need to separate each Batcave for each review. There’s too much clutter in the screen and you can’t really see anything in minifig scale comparison
I think his whole house is like that 😂 I love Lego and sometimes get stressed that I have too much to handle without it just looking too busy to enjoy but this guy's place gives me cold sweats, especially when you think that he's almost certainly never going to stop cramming in more and more and more and more...

The 2006 bat cave and the 2016 TV series bat cave are definitely some of the best in my opinion. They are both so nostalgic to me.
I think my favorites are a tie between the '66 and the Shadowbox.
Shadowbox is just really nice and you can hang the Batwing in the silhouette.
'66 has the change feature, the gorgeous reactor and two vehicles. Plus the Wayne Manor facade can be built upon to hide the entire thing.

I'm partial to the Mega Blocks Play Along Batcave, mainly because that's what I have, but also because I have the Mega Blocks Batmobile and Batwing to go with it. Now I that I have a Lego DC Batman Batmobile I might have to invest in a Lego Batcave though.

I just purchased the 2022 one from the Movie. It was the only one that is affordable but my primary Batman I am collecting is the 1989/1991 Batman.

OG Batcave for sure, maybe I'm bias because that's the one I had as a kid and growing up seeing forrestfire101 use it. The newer ones have some cool features, but that original one just feels so grand and prefect to me. I feel like you could buy the new shadow box one and have the OG in front of it. Take the left tower (signal) of the OG and attach it's bridge to the far left sign of the shadow box. The take the center of the OG and attach another bridge to the left sign of shadow box platform to where the green displays and seat area are now in the center of the bat signal. You may have to add some extra platforms for that to work but I feel like that's the best Batcave with those 2 together and the colors are pretty similar on those.
06 7783 will always be my favorite, always wants it as a kid but it was too expensive since it was off market once I got into Lego Batman and I just was able to drop the money on the set last year and I am so happy to finally have it, wish there was more of the 06-08 Batman but I guess 13 sets makes it more rare, not to mention expensive!
66 and the shadow box are the best overall but 2019 is the best playscale one

I mean it’s always hard to compare because of price. In a vacuum though, the Shadowbox is just leaps and bounds better than the rest.

I think that I would consider that one of my top three Batcave sets, solely because it includes an Alfred minifigure.
