@Stop Begging the realestate market in LA is fucking insane right now. She is literally making money by selling her house based on the location. The house has gained 1m in value in the last year she's owned it... That's insane lol. Her mortgage loan will be paid and she pockets the difference. She's obviously investing well. I doubt her plan is to be a UA-camr for her whole life. She's also down sizing and her wardrobe is super valuable, as well as the house she's remodeling which is still in LA, a great investment if she chooses to sell in a few years. lol

Omg girl I feeeeeel you trust me. I’m kind of like in the same spot tbh, chemistry is so fucking hard huh. However where I live (Barcelona) and here we have great public universities so I pay barely anything for my education (isn’t in this rates like super extremely expensive everywhere? Good luck and strength with that) but I understand how sort of frustrating it can be to see Emma’s life and compare it to ours, but I swear, although I sort of have to convince myself too, this effort of ours will eventually pay off. Pride and Prejudice is my absolute fav story ever. Ive read the book several times, and seen the 2005 movie hundreds of times. It's so special to me because it is one of the few things that I can share with my mom (we've not had the best relationship, historically, but we've always had that. SO, I hope you love it!! Lizzie Bennet is Iconic.
