Just fyi you should consider being a bit more careful with sharing information. Like you showed the nail place and said you live upstairs...if it was me I wouldn't want people being able to find out where I live!

As someone who is considering being a doctor, I hear that the field of medicine is a very rigorous course. But it feels motivating knowing you’ll still have some balance if done right.
Yes! you definitely can find a balance it's just about being organised and studying smart :)

Just wanted to say that I love you videos! I also noticed that it looked like you were fully extending your legs on the leg press. I just wanted to let you know that it's very dangerous to lock your knees when using that machine. If you weren't then just ignore this :P
Also, I'd love to see some study with me videos in real time :)
oh thanks for the tip. I tend to lock my knees when I'm resting but i didn't realise it wasn't good regardless so wont be doing that anymore. Im generally still working on my form with a lot of my compound movements in the gym so any feedback is welcome.
And sure i will do some in the future :)
