It's called shaking beef as traditionally its shaken in the wok when cooked.
Dice là xúc xắc ông nội oi. Nếu tiếng Việt là Món "bò xúc xắc" thì ông đúng.Thật ra nếu nó là tên bò xúc xắc thì hợp lý hơn! Mà thực ra nó là "bò lúc lắc" thông dịch "shaking beef" là đúng rồi.
