If you’re an introvert in real life that doesn’t mean you’ll be an introvert in MBTI because “I/E” actually stand for “your first function in the stack is introverted/extroverted”

My issue is that I'm literally 50/50 when it comes to Perceiving and Judging it's very much a cases by case depends on who i'm interacting with and when. There's no doubt when it comes to INF but every test (for fun and professional ) have me straight down the middle as J or P and I can't honestly just pick because my J is telling me that I'm choosing P because it's seen as more creative but my P is telling me J because it's more rare!!!!
It's not about P or J, it's about the cognitive functions behind each. Do some research, it's really interesting. If you have any doubts, ask me. I would focus on your Ne and Fe use. INFJs tend to have bad Ne, and INFPs tend to have bad Fe.
Two scenarios will answer this question 1) How is your attire ..if you learn more conservatively this is your J trying to fit in with external norms and build social consensus. 2) in public places to you get annoyed with people breaking social conventions (eg talking loudly on their phone in public places ..cutting ques in lines ..not holding the door for people) ..these little annoyances will be huge pet peeves for Js ..when your P is being used you will probably be asking yourself how you feel first about any of these situations rather than wonder about the ramifications of the external event . I'm kinda of similar I always get 60 J 40 P meaning I only have a mild preference to Judging over Perceiving...hope that explanation helps a little.

Infjs use fi just like infps do except we prefer fe as a mask instead of fi because our fi alot of the times can come out pretty wrong and seems pretty abrasive to others instead seeking first to understand. infjs just have a horrible time dealing with fi in front of other people and will often seek withdrawal for a time in order to resolve this themselves--simply put, only other infjs are able to understand each others' fi. Infps use their ni just like infjs do except they just really don't trust it at all and seek instead to bond with another person interpersonally over anything else. Their ne runs so fast that they forget to listen to themselves and their ni often, just like the fi of infjs, takes some time alone in order to understand more of it for themselves. The secret behind the infj's ability to read people is them using fi and fe in tandem in order to create a sort of super awareness that allows them to hone into, almost as if it were themselves, what another person is feeling--and as an infj i can say that we REALLY feeling in every sense of the meaning. The problem here is that we have turned our ni off and are much more vulnerable to suggestion than we usually would, and infjs just really start off way too open and trusting with people, usually getting hurt very fast in the process. Over time we do learn how to keep some barrier between us another people's emotions but this skill is something we always enjoy to it's fullest. Great video btw..
I always try to tell people about the cognitive functions whenever they're confused about their type but it is a confusing topic to explain all at once. I think you were on the right track with this video but a little more explanation on what the functions are and how to know which ones are dominant would help the noobs. :)

The thing is MBTI isn't about the letters, it's about your cognitive functions. The letters represent what is in your cognitive stack (sometimes poorly) such as with INFJs being lead perceivers but have a "J" with letters and INFPs being lead judgers but have a "P" with letters. Typing on letters alone is only scratching the surface
Introverted feeling, extroverted feeling is what needs to be explained. That's what's confusing us. Show some Examples if you want to teach not just read outloud some medical definitions.

I am both. Even have come up on the test, one time, as being so borderline for both that the test couldn't say I was definitely one or the other.
