Hahaha! Shame to throw it away and it's not always easy to find someone who wants a piece of scoby. Great to have healthy little snacks around the house too, quick and easy 😋
I can’t wait to make all these❤
I will be trying this. I have Jun and original kombucha scobies. Thanks! 😊
Really very smart use of the scobi, very creative idea. Your voice is also so soothing to listen to. Great Video.

Woah this is very interesting use for my scoby's. Nice brewing vessel!
Yess, can’t let it go to waste, it grows so quickly and it’s a shame to throw it away. Ah thanks, I got the vessel on Amazon 😊
@@corinaboho oh sweet.
omg .. thank you for sharing this
I think using blended pineapple/ginger with the juice would have made it thicker
I you can blend your flavours with the scoby and make fruit leather😀
Those actually look so good!
They are delicious! I offer them as snacks when people come over and the go real fast 😃
Epic video!! WOOOW!! What other flavours do you have under your sleeve? 🤩🙌🏼
Hahaha! Thanks! Some other flavours that work well are mango, basil and lime, lemongrass and mint, strawberry and pepper, pineapple and basil, blood orange, raspberry, blackberry, black currant... There are almost an endless amount of combinations and flavours for this. Let me know if you try any! 😃
One should wash the Scoby! 🤐 😉😇🤪
I don’t think I could get my family to try it if I told them what it was.
I am in LOVE with your juicer! Can you please mention what brand it is?
Aww thanks, I missed your comment, apologies for the delayed reply 🙈. Here’s the link for the juicer: amzn.to/3vVZuXE (UK link, not sure what country you are in?)
I can’t find the exact one in the US but this is the most similar one I could find: amzn.to/3poNyes I hope this helps! 😃
Damn that’s so smart, thank you
Hello, great idea💡, to use scoby, do you think they have many calories?
Awesome
Thanks 😃🙏🏼
I think I can try there for real. Why not. I got a vessel full of scoby
Maybe try scoby bacon?
I could see that with some smacked salt and maybe some liquid smoke?
That heating or freezing Dehydrator ?
Very nice Video! Please write the ingredients the jerki recipe and the Time ti Cook
if you didnt know what is was before hand and just said it was jerky would it taste good or not. Because most of the battle of tasting is lost when you know what it was even watching it .. but I guess the same can be said about MEAT in general. :)
I tried making jerky and couldn’t manage to chew the scoby - it was way to tough
I was going to try the jerky one. Thank you for the comment. Do you think that putting the scoby in the blender with the seasoning and pouring it on a tray in the dehydrator would be a work around for the "too tough" issue?
@@BostonBB possibly - intriguing option!
This is the kind if food that the astronauts to Mars are gonna be eating. A great way to turn sugar into protein!
Machi ni en inamada..translate it to Tamil... nothing is waste for guys like us😁
have you tried making kombucha with sugar cane stalks, not the raw sugar, the actual sug
ar cane plant stalk?
Oooh... no I haven’t, sounds interesting though. Have you? 😃
uhmm that sccoby looks dead. mine never turns that dark and it is always gelly no matter how thick it is, even making it harg to cut it in pieces
16 hours in the dehydrated... your bill must be crazy expensive
I love your videos, great production quality....BUT, sometimes you speak too fast. e.g. around 6:45 onwards...I had to rewind a few times to hear what you were saying. Otherwise... perfect! And thanks for sharing such great recipes.
D the fellow telling how much scobie disgusts him would do us a huge favor and shut up. She’s making a lovely video but he’s a jerk
Unable to hear the words due to invasive background music.
The continuous negative actually offensive comments from your cameraman does not just emphasise his lack of refinement, it defeats the whole purpose of your otherwise lovely video.
I don’t know what’s wrong with me but the thought of picking that scoby up makes me nauseous
Hahaha!! I’m sure you are not alone on that one 😂😂😂
Way less gross than touching raw meat.
You are so beautiful!
So that’s not a placenta?
😂🤣😂
