Dredge Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tbsp creole seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
Shrimp Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp garlic powder/onion powder
- 1 tsp salt & pepper
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tbsp creole seasoning
- 1 tsp dried thyme

Just made these tonight. The seasoning measurements were ON POINT. The sriracha sauce I have was a little more spicier than I wanted. I tried to temper it a bit with honey. Anyone have other suggestions for tempering the sriracha sauce please reply. They were still very delicious.
