@@_Kchong probably insinuating you haven’t really had it unless you’ve been to Thailand…pad Thai is tourist food though
@@_Kchong it’s an office joke

You can see how talented and how much their craft has been honed. I love watching street food chefs
how can you?

@@AmazinglyAwkward I dunt know, maybe
She stirs too much tbh
@@kevingomez2821man it’s noodle. You give ‘em good stir
Traditional pad thai doesn’t contain pork, chicken, or any red meat. It’s normally with shrimp and prawn.
Im going to Thailand tomorrow, Im so trying this!!!
I got it, it was absolutely incredible
Having fun over there?
Have you done it yet?

@@babyjki444 but do you have the time to do it?
Yessss

dude she literally already did
As someone who has lived in Thailand for many years, many do not cook pad Thai this way. Noodles should be soaked and then thrown in. Boiling them first makes the noodles soggy and unappetizing. No sriracha. Eggs cooked separately so they have some shape. Just ✋
Correct these hv come out way too dry first n then a soggy mess
I love Thailand such an amazing country and people. Must visit for anyone that loves to travel.
I'm such a huge fan of Thai culture and cusine. I wanna visit thailand and go to Phuket so badly. And stay in one of their resorts and just enjoy. I hope I get to go to Thailand one day.
I have a foren exchange student from Thailand and we made this the other day and he loved it!! So this is super cool to see how it is the same!!
Please please link a recipeeeeee

I wish we could smell that through the screen 🤤
Taste and smell are another 2 dimensions that humans will have to communicate long distance in the future..🤔
Oh I love Pad Thai! Comes in at second of my favorite Thai foods. #1 larb! So delicious!!!
Larb is my 6 year olds favorite! Papaya Salad is my favorite 😋🤤 My husband is Hmong, his parents are from Laos and Thailand and so we eat a lot of Hmong dishes and there is a lot of cross over to those areas in their dishes.
@@chiannexiong That sounds so delicious! Never tried Papaya salad.
Everyone has their own take on food there. My mum and auntie even have their own yum and pad thai recipes. Watching this is making me miss home much more

Hmmm, looks like someone like me who is half Thai and Japanese. I also like Pad Thai.
As a Thai people i like it. : ) 🇹🇭 But i just don’t like bean sprouts. 😂😂😂
Bean sprouts are life! 😮
Me neither! I like them fresh, just not cooked they get soggy
@@SaraiSunsurfer I’m the opposite! I like it cooked, not fresh! 😅
I'm thai too! But I love bean sprouts. I'm the type of person who ask for a lot of bean sprouts if they have any
Any good recipes out there that mimic this? I’ve made good pad Thai but I wanna make the best authentic pad Thai ever
I’m personally very very picky when it comes to the texture of noodles, so I probably wouldn’t eat this if the noodles were very soft, but it still looks amazing and I can’t stop watching how it’s made!
Omg every time I watch these, my mouth waters and I get real hungry. I need to go to the markets asap. 🤤
I think it’s glass noodle stirfied with pork. We call “Padwoonsen” in Thai. You can see chef didn’t put tofu, red onion.
That random toss of sugar into the pan from the other lady 😂
no, its not sugar tho its a ground peanuts 😅
Msg?
You don’t want to know how most chefs make your food 😂
Man pad thai is literally the best noodles I've tasted, really thankful that ai was able to go to Thailand.
Looks so delicious 😋. 😊
I never thought I would see one of my favorite tuber in my country!! So exciting, Hopefully youll enjoy your stay here, You should try other thai dishes also, Like Ka pao, Crab curry,
Baked Shrimp with Glass Noodles, green cury or Kao soy is very good with the traditional way!
That looks soo yummy!!! I miss Thai food in Thailand. Having it here at home is not the same
Hello as a Thai person I’m glad you love my food❤
I have been to Thailand, and have had Pad Thai the street just like that- I’ve found a local restaurant that serves it here and it’s much more flavorful- beautiful
No one is gonna talk about how they cracked the egg with one hand so fasted
It’s not difficult. People act like it’s some kind of mind blowing feat
@@MonoKrohm_2020 could u do it lmao☠️
@@Beauty_island duh, if I couldn’t I wouldn’t talk shit 😂
Actual authentic Thai food cooked in front of me I’d definitely pay whatever they want for that
Omg it looks good
You know he's good when he can handle glass noodles using a metal spatula without chopping the noodles
I think it’s a woman in a hat
Its rice noodles
Nvm im blind lo
“How spicy do you want it?” “Just yeet the bottle on it 3 times fam” 👌
Looks delicious
I love your videos like these… simple.
This is not Pad-Thai. It’s called fried noodles with chicken (or pork). Pad-Thai need to add tamarind sauce. In the video she adds red sauce so I think it’s chilli sauce.
I think it s tamarind, but i did not sée the dried shrimps. But it s ok. It s pas thaï for sure
From ingredients, I think that dish is Pad Mee Korat. It definitely different from Pad Thai.
I feel like Lisa is the person that would travel to any place in the world just to eat the food there
I thought that was everyone lol
I am that person. The only thing that is preventing me from doing it is...I am broke 😂
Day 2 of asking Lisa to try the curry buldak
That looks so good, I'm sure it tastes amazing
I've once ate Pad Thai from the frozen food brand Amy's which tasted nothing like Pad Thai 😝. However, I found the information on the box fascinating, it says, "the dish itself is of Vietnamese origin."
I recommend if you ever come to the uk come to unithia in Brighton
It's always a good time for pad thai 😋
Welcome to Thailand Lisa!
I'm thai and I recommend yall try it it should be sweet and peanuty and some lil fried shrimp in it it's good ❤
Thai food is really good
This is really cool and super suspicious. Im a student in culinary college and I JUST made pad thai for thai/Vietnam week yesterday! Interesting how fast they eyeball this! Very cool
I'm blessed to have Taiwanese natives near my home running a Dallas shop, MY GOD THEY SLING GOOD FOOD.
Anyone else gonna talk about how pretty the girl cutting chives was 😍❤
Wow, just knew that you went to Thailand, welcome.

As someone who lives in Thailand, pad thai is superior
What would Uncle Roger think of this Pad Thai? 😂

I always thought pad thai was flat noodles
@@enlightenedsoul4086 it can be flat or thin rice noodles. My in laws are from Thailand and use them interchangeably
Now that is authentic pad Thai. ❤️❤️❤️
You should try Som Tam while you are in thailand, it’s Amazing!
Actually there is very less oil used. Very nice.
I can smell and taste it from the screen... and I really love those kinds of noodles!

“That is not pad thai” - Some dude to Gordon one time
Lol
That's PAD THAI , I remember.
When did she put the tamarind sauce in? I only saw the chilli sauce, or please correct me if I was wrong!
Normally, the true delectable Pad Thai should be flavoured with tamarind sauce, not chilli sauce. So if I didn’t miss that part from viewing the whole clip twice, this canNOT be considered Pad Thai for me, who grown up with this menu.
Pad thai is just amazing
THIS IS SO SATSFIYING

There’s no question that that tastes good. No question.
I used to always order pad thai back in the early 1980s, until I discovered the underrated pad see ew and pad kee mao. More savory and not so sweet like some pad Thai can be.
Pha Thai with seafood is so delicious
wow!❤
I love pad Thai too one of my faves
Miss Thailand 😢 food soo good
Try olive oil on white bread and peanut butter and blueberry sandwich
The way Its cooked is like fast! But spicy
Looks great.
As living in a Thai/lao family we eat pad Thai every day
And a healthy serving of MSG, don't think we didn't catch that
Where is tamarind sauce? Also this kind of noodle is used for noodle soup. Normally you use thicker one for pad Thai and no need to cook them separately. You add raw noodle into the pan cooked them with pad Thai sauce.
Anyway if you enjoy it that is more important. But I hope you get to try the authentic one since you are here in Thailand 😊
Mouth watering 🤤🤤
These two chefts are proving wrong that too many chefs spoil the broth 😂
The way this is being made reminds me of the street style vendors here serving chinese (more like indo-chinese) food Imao
Did you have Pad Kra Pow while you were there? It’s a staple in Thai cuisine. As I heard a chef tell Gordon Ramsay, its the “Thai hamburger”
Looks nice
Hey Lisa! Can you try koka noodles please 🥺? I know you will like it for sure 😊❤️ lots of love from India ❤️😀
