Hi guys! if you're a banana like me and you want to know if there are any differences between the 4500 & the GG7X, then here's my short review on it. The grip on a GG7X is a lot better when you just purchased the ball as compared to the 4500. When I first held the 4500 in my hands I felt there was a lack of cushioning as compared to the 4500 and a lack in being able to have a good grip. It didn't feel as grippy as a new GG7X. With that being said, the experience on a 4500 gets better per session. I have had 3 sessions with my 4500 and the grip and cushioning have improved I assume from "breaking it in" since the first day I bought it. I'm not sure which ball I will prefer in 2 months of usage, but it seems as if the experience on a 4500 improves after more break-in sessions. So if you're contemplating on adventuring into a new ball, try it out for your own personal preference but if you want a safe purchase on a ball that you want to be 100% sure you won't be disappointed in, then go for the GG7X.
I'm kinda experiencing similiar issues on 4500 when I play first few sessions. It did improve after it break in but compare to GG7X I won't say it's an evolution or a new generation of flapship basketball.
@@littlefreeguy Right! Personally, i think there is a possibility that this was a marketing tactic to push the 5000. If you've played the 5000, you can defo feel an upgrade. I can't say how much of an upgrade the 5000 is from the GL7X, but it defo was a lot better than the 4500. Maybe this was a tactic to push the 5000 considering the GL7X wasn't very popular amongst players who weren't able to commit to the price tag on the GL when the GG was a good enough ball?
I seldom recommend ppl to buy GL7X and BG5000 for leisure and pick up games, for genuine leather basketball it requires an extremely good condition for the court itself as the ball has high maintenance. Definitely genuine leather may give you another level of enjoyment when it's at the best condition. But the best condition is only at short period of time and very hard to maintain so it's not for daily outdoor court user and simply want to grab a ball to play with.
@@joelgoh5791 It would be better to grab BG4000 instead of BG4500 for outdoor use. It doesn't provide v good grip at outdoor, and it does scratched up easily compare to BG4000 as well.

So please , a summary on the review would be helpful . (Although i know gg7x is better but I just wanna know the goods and bads)
Oh well, actually you got the BG4500 already so you should try to enjoy it first right? Anyway, in general GG7X has better performance on the durability and the grip compare to BG4500, if you have an extremely clean environment BG4500 still perform pretty well but it catch up dust pretty easy so the grip level drops real quick after 10-15 mins outdoor. Other than keep wiping the ball almost no way to get rid of the dust issue. the build quality of both balls is good so the leaking is minimal and it's best in class. Hopefully it give you a better idea about GG7X and BG4500.

Just in general a decent ball to have & shoot around have alittle training sesh ? It’s just pretty hard to find gg7x , all ard saying that this is the new ball & it’s gonna be hard if I’m finding for gg7x. Some might even be fake or a rep
@@ryanong493 don’t worry bg4500 definitely up to standard for normal use. It just gg7x set a high watermark so that ppl become harsh to the successor only. I think the major issue is dust resistant. Other than that it’s quite decent.

I don’t recommend to use BG4500 at outdoor. The composite leather is a bit too fine which can’t tolerate the rough surface at outdoor court. For outdoor use I would recommend Nike hyper grip or molten Gf7x which is more suitable and durable.

@@ryanong493 u are welcome! Bg4500 is still a good to go basketball and quite a lot of ppl using it. Just it’s better to use indoor than outdoor only.

@@sozq9 touch gg7x should be better for sure. But the durability at outdoor can’t compare with hyper grip. And It’s easier to pick up dust as well.

GG7X，投射无敌手感，因为表面特别舒服，直接甩出就可以进球。BG4500很软，需要更高的力，对于矮个子，力量小的射手简直是噩梦。
