#02 What 100k EUR gets you in Portugal

In this video, Daniel gives you a tour of our beautiful 1.2-hectare land in the north of Portugal. Our land is located in a valley and framed on one side by a river. We love this place because it is so diverse. He will show you our little mountain and the small "waterfall". He talks about how we found the property and about our plans.
We are planning to build a house, but since this will take forever (at least two more years), we decided to buy a tiny house so that we can move as fast as possible to the land.
Daniel shows where we are planning to build the house and where we will place the tiny house. He also talks about our plans for the future - including animals and glamping.

You can make electricity from the river.

Take out eucalyptus and mimosas. They are invasive and very flammable. Project Kamp channel has been testing best ways to do this to prevent regeneration from the roots. Best wishes.

Thanks for the advice! We follow Project Kamp as wenn and saw the video. We are bit scared of all the flammable plants around us. We will definitely start to clean our property soon.

Der Fluss ist an einigen Stellen sehr flach und hat viele Felsen, daher wird es schwierig mit einem Boot den Flussverlauf zu erkunden. Wir wollen es aber mal mit einem Standup Paddle versuchen.
