Hi Sir, I am unable to bend my thumb at the middle joint. Seems like the middle joint is not available.Its by birth and my father has the same problem. What is the name of this deformity and can it be treated?

Sir extensor tendon injuries at zone 1 2 3 and 4 in the hand is it serious? and with surgery is it possible to make the fingers like before?
Each zone has different prognosis
