I am a practising ortho surgeon and your shoulder examination videos helped me a lot in my practise,I want to know what are the treatment options you prefer for a) frozen shoulder,b) impingement, c) rotator cuff tears in young and in elderly?
For frozen shoulder physiotherapy+/- hudrodialatation.
For impingement: steroid injection and acromioplasty.
Rotator Cuff tear: bit complex but essentially repair if patient affordable and suitable

Dear Dr. Vinay, I appreciate this enlightening video. However , I have a question, and I would be very grateful if You could help me find an answer. I'm a 29 year old weightlifter athlete. I was diagnosed with supraspinatus impigement 3 years ago. I've experienced muscle mas loss and weakness in my right arm chest and back regardless of my physical activity. In June 2021. I've underwent an arthroscopic surgical procedure BURSECTOMY for biceps tendon repair and removal of the bursal sack. My doctor did not perform ACROMIOPLASTY because he was sure that the bone would not cause any more trouble but the acromion is still rubbing my tendons off. Although the bicep is nicely reconstructed, i still can't build my muscles and have dificulties when training. Imaging says thst my rotator cuff and tendons are intact. Can you please give any advice on how to deal with this and ? Im waiting for my second surgical intervention, open acrimioplasty, to try and fix this. Your oppinion would be VERY much appreciated. Thank you in advance!
Thank you for your query. Looks like you may still have impingement. Kindly consult your doctor who performed your surgery. It's hard for me to advice you without examination.

Excellent demonstration. You might be getting lot of shoulder cases in clinic. So if you can taken a video of each pathology in clinic on affected side and other normal side for demonstration, it would be very practical and useful. Little time consuming for you, but worth it. Thank you
