If Trump was president he would have a contingency plan off the coast of Africa in international waters to bomb( conventional) the low circulation from even making a hurricane in the first place.
Houston is not the place to have an EV as your Primary Vehicle. Flooding occurs all through the city in normal conditions let alone during Hurricane Season.
I have weird trauma remembering what Harvey did. Harvey made landfall and almost did a 180, went back out into the gulf and spent the next 5 days crossing Texas at a glacial pace, dropping an un-Godly amount of water on the area and doing tons of wind damage.

California got theirs last year with a dozen atmospheric ocean storms. They received Biblical levels of water, and some of their water woes have been helped greatly. Mother nature is not without dark humor.

I’m a Canadian located by Calgary. I’m so jealous as I would LOVE to experience a hurricane. Most I ever get is pop up thunderstorms that no more than ten minutes. Even blizzards are rare in the winter. Nevertheless I hope everyone is safe.
