Dyson for the rich person who doesn’t care about how clean their house is
I'm confused as to where you're getting that from? Vacuum wars tests etc show that it's extremely effective
@@alcurtis93 what’s extremely effective dysons don’t clean very well they’re overpriced and they’re very low quality
@@VacMaster2020 they clean very well I'd argue. They are expensive and maybe not well built I'd agree
@@alcurtis93 it depends on the carpet you have they have tons of issues and they’re really expensive to fix and buy there’s better machines for the price of a Dyson ball animal two or animal three
put the small motor attachment on the device with out the stick to make it longer and go vacuum your mattress with an empty bin. This sold me.
I use a sheet and change it weekly and it was just over a year old when i tried this. Amazed and disgusted at the same time lol
Thanks for the video. My vacuum had a clog and I was able to fix it 👍🏽
This very helpful video solved my issue 3 minutes in. I have bookmarked it for future problem solving. Thank you so much
Never knew that outer piece came off and low and behold, there was my clog!! Thx for the vid.
Thanks for helping kind Sir.👍
Was totally with you up to 10 mins 35 secs and your arm blocks what looks like the most crucial part to taking the thing apart!
This man has to genuinely love vacuum cleaners, he even has a carpet on his workbench.
@Kamryn Spencer What has this to do with my comment?
Performance Reviews can you explain and demonstrate how youve dissasembled the botton seal (red one) from the bin? im having issues with it
thank you
You have to change that part as a whole assembly.
Hi! ... Great review ... have you been able to remove the trigger assembly inside the handle? I'm trying to find steps on how to do this specific removal. Thank you
Really no reason to do that you change it as a whole assembly with the motor.
i have the same problem, there is a video on youtube btw
“careful not to hurt it”
throws it 😂
I've owned 2 V11s and each one has a battery that is removable without tools. Press one catch on the bottom of the battery and the battery just falls out. I see the one you are disassembling has screws holding in the battery.
There are a lot of versions of the V11 now . This was probably a different revision than you have though I do have a review on the current revision
Do you know where I can get a motor for a Hoover Concept One?
They've been discontinued for over 25 years. Good luck finding one on eBay!
Hello, did you know if in the v15 they modified the trigger switch botton or it still keep bracking like in the other series? Thank you!
Nope there's a reason they call it Diesoon
@@PerformanceReviews so witch one is the best cordless power vacum ? Breame t30? But in a cinese test the hepa filter let a lot of dust excape
I wouldn't mind having a Dyson cordless as a secondary vacuum to my Miele, but they are SO overpriced. I just can't justify spending that much on a cordless stick vacuum, especially knowing that I will eventually have to pay for a replacement battery. That's just me though.🤷♂️
You'll be surprised when you buy one, only to find the Miele will be playing second fiddle.
We used a Henry for years, but the Dyson picked up so much it was shocking.
The batteries are very good, many lasting years as they have a good algorithm to keep them at their best.
It might be cordless, but it doesn't perform like one.
Like you I had my doubts, until I got one.
@@huxley309 agreed
The lights on my v11 quit working that shows the battery life. What to do?
Call the 1-800 number and get warranty work done
A three minute made into a 30 minute video. Good job.
Wie kann man so lange Wasser laufen lassen? How can you let water run uselessly for so long? Aus Liebe zu meinem Staubsauger! Us love for my vacuum cleaner! Ich habe es nicht bis zum Schluss geschafft. I didn‘t make it through to the end.
The best fix for this vacuum is just don’t buy it in the first place and spend the money on a Miele U1 Dynamic, a Sanitaire eon, or Lindhaus activa instead.
or find a cheapo chinese one for 1/5th the cost or less if you need a cordless. A vacuum under $200 can afford to be shoddy, afford to be a pinch use auxiliary.
Plus they are far simplier, won't get the dyson stink or bung up where you cannot easily reach.
At 10 minutes 30 seconds I'm not understanding how you're getting that main piece to pop off, that's my problem
Dyson say to wash all the filter in cold water and whitout soap, i guess the alcaline soap gona demage the filter screen
Dyson says a lot of things that aren't true.
@@PerformanceReviews i allwayhad this tought even withotherhepa filter brand any way... but the way i saw a lot of thest and comparation and the cyclons systemwork less in the cordless dyson, because the less air watt power, when you use it in eco mode they oractically doesent work and fill the filter in no time, if you use in mid and boost they work! Problems that withthe v15 is in part solved even because the ciclones where ridjsegned raising the g force from 75 tausand to 100.000, in fact in every test the v15 filter stay cleaner longer! I don't know i want to buy a v15 but i dont lime he fact to keep he finger on the botton, the tube can't be regolate in highness, i considered lg and samsung that have multicyclones to but he y clog very often, yes its easy to take them off and rinse but make nosense considering that i have to do often!
A v11 is not meant to accommodate a full size vacuum, it's meant to replace it. Nobody spends such an ungodly amount of money to have one of these sitting around as a backup
Doesn't have the power to replace it. Yes some people have larger budgets than us.
I thought the v11 was quite chesp
Theres another way to fix a V10/V11. Throw it out and buy a better vacuum like a Miele, Sebo or a lindhaus. Heck if you want a stick vac for quick clean ups get a Dyson V8. An actual better Dyson stick vac that is affordable that doesn't cost 600 dollars and isn't overly complicated less things to go wrong like the overhyped, overenginerd V11 that only tech people love.
Rick Hoover I have no problem with my v8 and don’t plan on upgrading. Once it is out of warranty dyson has all my parts, I rather spend the money on replacement parts then buy a v10 or v11
@@user-fx4kc1wh9o I think Dysons are way overhyped. But I do have a V8 and rather that than a V10 or V11.
Even better don’t buy a v11 in the first place. Buy its cheaper and better competitor if want a cordless vacuum called The Tineco S12
I actually have both a v11 and a Sebo. I love both hoovers equally. My dyson is my daily whizz around and use my sebo once a week for a deeper clean, but have to say my days on does a brilliant job with 4 dogs and 4 cats!
I just can’t understand how anyone lays out the kind of money that a Dyson cost for the product delivered.
Why not? I work hard and bought one. I have pets and it works excellent.
Dyson is peace of cake machine. Not for that money product...
Things fucking suck
All that water running down the drain while you clean....dude
😂
