- It's been 7 years since my last Gaster remix (the original song, at least) So I wanted to give it a go again. Feels good doing something Undertale again after... well you know lmao.
Hope you don't mind more Gaster DnB. Had a lot of fun coming back to this and I might remake some more old undertale remixes since looking back I made these when I was 18 and pretty new to electronic music in general lol. So hopefully my experience from other fandom brainrots will bring new stuff to the table to older ideas. Anyway I hope you enjoy! I'll be putting this up in stores too!

It’s hard to find any original takes on Gaster’s theme these days, but this is absolutely the best remix out there. Straight fire.
NO SHOT DUDE I LITERALLY LISTENED TO THE ORIGINAL REMIX FOR THE FIRST TIME LIKE 2 DAYS AGO. This is fantastic! You've seriously grown and improved over the years my man, and it really shows through your work. Regarding the description, more Undertale (and possibly Deltarune) remixes/remakes would be dope! Something like Spider Dance, Waterfall, or Another Another Another Medium would be sick to hear in your current style 🔥

Props to Skelbunny as always for her fantastic and chilling art of Gaster and Ace! And once more, it was great to finally hear you remix an Undertale song, for my first time. Especially seeing as how I've seen people have fondly mentioned your prior remixes from the game.
After my first listening to this remix, I even looked up your other Undertale remixes, myself. The first of them I've heard so far is what I believe is your first Hopes and Dreams remix. While I certainly believe your recent remixes are an improvement, I can say I'd still pretty well enjoyed listening to it, and would highly recommend anyone who hasn't as of yet to do so as well. I've also left a comment on that video as well, so I'll spare going much further on that particular remix here.
As for this remix, I thought it was pretty great how you incorporated the more consistent beat you used throughout. It really gives the song a feeling not only of urgency, but also, in combination with the techno component, a sort of unnervingly dystopian tone, which I think fits Gaster's song pretty well. Working pretty effectively to depict the mysterious and distorted existence the character now leads.
So per usual, I'd greatly enjoyed hearing your music/remix. Once again, it shows the effort you and Retro put into your work, so as it stands I'm always happy to hear/witness the finished project!

That chord progression is just so "Gaster" it's horrifying. Remix-y aspects aside, this _composition_ feels like what you'd get if Gaster's Theme were 'complete'. It may be simple, there might not have been much thought put into that simple extension that lead to the rest of this song, but... isn't that just what the man who speaks in hands is? Deceptively simple
