That was a wheelie good video guys! - Josh in customer service
Lmao Josh, best comment so far 🤣
Tyranis never disappoints you and this video proves that.
Thanks Ben! Ya'll come HEAVY with the support!
A day with tyrannis is a great day.
You give me purpose slime
Slime, you're an OG
I see bright future for this channel keep the great content coming.
Thank you Flex!!
Good one!🦖
Thank you! Cheers!
😇📸
Sick video guys but y'all gotta get rid of that governor! The juggernaut won't open up at all til past the governed speed, which is why y'all are hitting it at like 15mph lol
Oh Jon. If only you knew what we shot yesterday 😏😉
@@TyranisCustoms can't wait!!!
The "heat shield" you threw away is actually a cooling tin. It is there to direct cool air from the blower housing to the top of the cylinder and head. You should be ok though on a mini bike application.
Ooo good save Deuce! I still got it in case we run into overheating issues!
Yall just impress me and make my day
And I always know it will be a great video
I appreciate you Zach!
Hey guys great channel! I want to suggest to loosen the handlebars and push them forward 6 inches and try that for positioning. You should get better handling
Thanks Daniel! I had em leaned back for style points but I'll have to try em the old school way too!
I really wish the Juggernaut came in a 40 series! I would destroy the land on my Springer DuneCycle!
What's the difference between "Types" of torque converters ala 30 series, super 30, 40 etc.
@@xaviermccloud4586 the more HP your engine produces the higher the torque converter series you need to go with.
I'll make a video on the mechanical differences soon. And it's crazy you say that Brap cause I was just asking GPS if they have a Jugg 40 in the works...
@@TyranisCustoms Cool cool I need that.
Nothing little about that rascal 😎🔥 that’s so crazy!
Right??
she's rippin'!!
Great video as always, I still can't get my wife to help me with editing 🤣 I keep so busy I don't have time or motivation to make videos 😑
Thanks man! It's a lot to keep up with. Our only responsibility is the videos tho so we're able to stay ~mostly~ on top of it😅
@@TyranisCustoms yeah its definitely alot of work. Hopefully I can find a partner soon.
@Tyranis Customs lollllllll **mostly** [termsandconditionsmayapplyresultsmayvaryseedevilforthedetails]
I recently replaced my baja with a 301cc Predator + Torque Converter. I had to make some adjustments with gas tank, throttle and intake but man was it worth it. Literally put my bike in a whole new class....
Right?! Thats why I was so emphatic about it
Got the lil rascal now building the bigger rascal like you have.
WoooOt!
WOOOOT is right!!
You boys have such fun.
Keep it up!
What state are you in? It's so green!
We're from CT!
It's been a year since this video was made and I'm only at the 8:07 mark...but...have you run in to any issues with the engine running too hot after removing the "heat shield"?
It's technically not a heat shield. It's a cooling plate that funnels the air being pushed by the fins on the flywheel through the flywheel housing and in to the cooling plate. This directs air over the fins on the engine's cylinder to help dissipate heat.
I ask mainly because these engines were designed to be on a stationary unit like a log splitter or some sort of industrial machine that didn't move from place to place. The plate was needed so the engine wouldn't overheat.
But since putting them on minibikes....you have air passing over the fins like on air cooled motorcycles which helps keep heat down.
The problem we have here is I live in the Southwest US where temps regularly exceed 110 degrees night and day so leaving the plate on our minibike engines helps keep them cooler at idle and while riding. We don't get a break from the heat here like everyone else does. 110+ degree heat moving over fins is just as bad as it sitting in place. We have to get creative in order to leave the plate on. Shaving down bolt heads, shaving gussets on the Torque Converter Plate...yadda yadda yadda.
What is a wheelie chine?
Hahaha 😂 I shoulda seen this coming
Hey does bypassing the governor do the same affect as removing it?
It depends. I always prefer to remove any excess parts/points of failure.
Do you know where I can buy the red kart I can’t anywhere to buy that same model
Both the red kart and big bobs were both originally Yerf Dog 3203 karts. They don't make them anymore but fb marketplace is a good place to look. Our red kart has been heavily modified tho
Top speed run with just the upgrades you made….also whisky throttle that and send it son!!!
Its too late.... we're stage 2 now😅 Video coming soon!
I LOVE it!!!
Did you add valve springs on the karts?
Stock for now 😉
just got my yerf dog. thinking about an engine swap, should I go 301 predator or spend the extra and get the 420cc ?
I don't personally know anything about the 301, but I LOVE our 420s. Depending on how heavy you plan on making the rest of the kart, the 301 may be all you need.
It’s not a heat shield it’s a plate and it actually need to be on there to cool down or just have fun blowing it up
Someone else pointed that out too. I saved it, I just gotta put it back on haha. Good lookin out!
😂
Dude I had a bone stock Colman
CT200 woth a bone stock centrifugal clutch it would wheelie with ease I weigh 180 lbs
Make sense haha you sit right over the rear wheel !
You need to adjust those bars 🥴
This is what you call a poor man's dirt bike
Seriously. I didn't get any footage but it was LOVING John's track
