How have I been watching IV8888 gun vids for about 10 years,...and just found this Guitarsenal channel last week?!? I'm completely guitarded, I guess. God, guns, guitars & girls!
I have a BK Butler real tube overdrive pedal that I have used for years great unit.I found that an old military 12 AT 7 tube works the best in it for a nice push and lush overdrive.
your sloppy is still better than me , I'm a drummer who plays Rhythm guitar LOL . My buddy has one of those pedals and it sounds awesome. I wish I would have started playing guitar back when I started playing drums (35 years ago) instead of just learning enough guitar to jam with my son on drums, just in the past few years. I do love to play though! keep up the awesome work on this channel and the other. Thanks Eric
Beautiful tone and amazing playing Eric. I noticed that the audio for the guitar playing sounds like its very stereo left heavy though, really put me off in the beginning but I got used to it.
OK so they got a Butler Tube Driver, a Chandler Tube Driver and a Tube Works Tube Driver.. OK so which os the original, the first ones? When did they start making them? Are they still made? Now how did all 3 companies make the same pedal, same name, and even looking the same? Which is the best ones? Damn.. this is confusing..Can you help us out here?
Michael Craig the original says: TUBE DRIVER (R). Just as it is shown in this video. The chandler, tube works, tube overdrive, etc are copies. The original BK Butler is being sold by Mr. Butler himself at his Reverb and eBay page.

Come back man! You’re the best at demoing!
Thinking about picking up one. Nice playing Eric!

Replaced the 12ax7 with a 12au7 on my 5-knob unit and now I have a more usable gain range. These pedals are fantastic.
One of the best TD videos from the whole UA-cam.

Ahh. I hear Gilmour's tone in that pedal now that you mention it. You added a some drums to your jam! Nice work dude!
Nice never knew you had a guitar channel.
You are getting some great tones out of this pedal. The amp sounds good too.
How did I not know you had a guitar channel too?!
Thanks for a great demo video! I think you did a fine job at covering all the bases, and nice tasty playing as well.
This pedal can be a little bit of experimenting to tame, but once you dial it in, it's a very special sound.
Guitarsenal do you have any advice for SS amps use? I haven’t BK tube driver with a katana and it’s hard to dial in a good tone! Thanks
How do you think this pedal would sound in front of the magnatone varsity 1x12?
Absolutely ferocious tone. Need one.
Nice strat.
A staple on Eric Johnson's pedalboard.
what brand of 12ax7 tube are you using and where did you set the bias knob?

lmfao why is Princess Peach in Blackface? hahahahaha

chandlers are real good tubeworks not so much bk same as chandler to my knowlege
That pedal has sustain for days lol.
How would this compare to a ibanez tube king?
I prefer this to the Tube King...however if you’re at a shop somewhere and they have a used Tube King for under $100, I’d suggest getting it.
Sorry my playing is so sloppy? Again I say (jealousy) shut up Eric!
