Pam,I have been binge watching these cleaning videos for the last few days. today is Sunday 31st March 2024. easter sunday here in Australia. I am hand sewing scraps of fabric into wonky blocks.so you can say,I too am cleaning my supplies. I love listening to you. a most down to earth person you are. if anyone deserves to have 148 thousand subscribers, you do.!!thank you for your genuine kind hearted nature.I stay to the bitter end of all and then restart.
Love the feel of clean, tidy sorted draws and boxes and trays... but love the feeling of a messy disorganised loaded up table of crazy creativeness!!. And also love the feeling of, at the end, being able to put all that mess back into the sorted areas to tidy the space to make a clean and tidy space to start another messy creative project.
Recycle cardboard egg cartons for quick separation. Be sure there’s nothing sticky in them. Wipe out lightly with hand sanitizer; can even be lined with a bit of glue and cupcake papers.
Cookies ?! We have way too many cookies for 2 people ! Our neighborhood decided that sharing cookies would spread some joy during this strange cootie Christmas ! Merry Christmas to you & all who follow you 🇺🇸❤️🎄
About those screws (and even the brads), do you remember 'string art' from the 70's? You could draw a cute picture on a journal cover, screw in the screws around the pattern and then run string from screw to screw in the correct direction and voila! A beautiful cover! The string art kits came with small nails instead of screws but you wouldn't have to worry about them falling out of the wood. This is the second time I've watched this video and have laughed and laughed and laughed! Many Thanks Pam!
Someone may have mentioned this, but the top of the water bottle will make a great funnel. This is especially helpful if you store tiny things in little zip lock bags. The book plates can be stored on a large binder ring.
Oh Pam I am loving these cleaning videos. I was up late watching this and crafting.... love having you on the background :) I feel like your here with me. If you eat yogurt you could get the kind in Square cups and wash to store and separate all your little metal bits and bobs in the drawer instead of the baggies.
When I started to chew sugarless gum I found several varieties that come in a little round plastic cup with a lid. They are 2 or 3 inches tall and maybe an inch and a half wide. I knew they were too valuable to just throw away. I began to set them aside and recently discovered that they are wonderful for little bits, bobs, rubber bands, bulletin board pins, eyelets, jump rings, small charms. I store all kinds of stuff in them. They come with a screw on lid so my treasures no longer get spilled.
It's her love you are tasting in her frosting. That is why when you make it exactly like hers it isn't the same. I love watching you organize, I look forward to these videos. I know I am crazy 🤣🤣 Thank you so much ❣️
I’m thinking that you can move your hands with such fine motor skills. Good for you. Be grateful no arthritis, right? GREAT JOB!! Yes, keep the magnet in a safe place..... with six grandchildren..... safety first. 🎄🎄🎄🎄
Hi Pam, so cool you are on You Tube today! Anyhow, need to watch you at least once per day to feel right! You make me smile! Now, the plastic multi-color rings in the little plastic box are, (so i found out) knitting and crocheting "markers". You put them on the yarn where you left off on your project, or where something different needs to be done to the piece at that location. Might be handy since each stitch looks the same as the one before it in a lot of knitting pieces. Oh, by the way, little Sunshine-or Sunny is positively the cutest little guy in the world! I really love it when you show us just how cute he is. I still smile and go back and look at the day you showed us his "helping" mommy tear up pieces of paper. He had a long strip stuck to his adorable little face! He had stopped cold and looked up at you as tho he was saying, I am helping you out Mommy! Thanks for that chance to smile-repeatedly!
An idea for the book corners, if you feel like you need to do something while you’re watching TV, put four together and just wrap it in a piece of washi tape… You don’t have to wrap them tight , so they will peel right off, and even if a set comes apart they’ll still be a lot easier to find in your water bottle container… 😁
How did I miss this last year? UA-cam helpfully suggested this (and Part 2) after I watched your current craft room cleanup video. You can organize alongside me any day. I was on a hands-busy/ mind-free project and then glanced over when you were looking for a fourth corner for one set. I could see it Right. There.! No, a little to your left, Right. THERE! I'm laughing yelling at the monitor, realizing not only is it not a live video, it's a YEAR OLD! You and I have had a great afternoon, Pam. Thanks for inviting me into your craft room so often, even for sorting and organizing day.
I watched the whole thing. I have such OCD, I love to sort things. I buy the small divided plastic tray things from Dollar Tree for my brads, eyelets and jump rings. And other smaller items like that. That way I can sort by color in each container. Because you know we need one in every color. 😉
Here's an idea that helped me. I toss by metal in the silverware sorting drawer organizers from dollar tree. They are open on top and fit skinny drawer 2 inches tall. If I need copper, eyelettes, small beads or headpins/jumprings, they are in one, i also have an overflow section for what is new, extra or found on the floor. I look at this when I have time to sort or it gets full. The rest stays nice except the overflow I love antique brass so I need several for this color. It works well because I can take one out and leave on my desk as I work. It took me years to realize my eyelettes with colors and shapes can live in their own container. I love your videos, you make me smile with your cheerful banter!
Thank you for sharing your time and thoughts. I now know I need to go a long ways to be a hoarder. Watching you, I believe I'm just a collector. You are the QUEEN of HOARDING..LONG LIVE THE QUEEN! lol
This reminds me of the day 4 of my grandkids discovered my jewelry findings boxes... it took a week to sort it all. Used a pokey tool to separate jump rings, put stacked bookplates on safety pins, used slider plastic bags for other things because they're easy to open and close. I didn't do anything while I watched, all this starts next week for me. I have 2 roomfuls to deal with.
Hi Pam. 2 suggestions. 1) Dollar tree has slim containers for cutlery 2) If you have a friend with a cat or two, you can ask them to save you the small cat food tins (will need washi for the rim). Even better is the gold cup cat food; the container is plastic. It would be perfect for all the small bits. If you friend agrees, then they are a great friend, cause cat food is stinky and washing the tins is icky.
Your 'eyelet washers' are for the back of the eyelet - it goes on before you 'spread' the eyelet. So -- eyelet thru the hole in your project then the 'washer' slides on the eyelet pole -- then you crunch it all together.
Well, it’s 3 years & 2 months later, but I AM cleaning out drawers & boxes along with you! HAHA! I just discovered that I watched & commented on this last year! Oh brother!🙄🙄🙄 Maybe if I re-watch this every year, by the time I’m 80 years old, I’ll have everything organized!! I love watching & listening to you while I work. (PLAY!) At one point I decided it would be fun to throw all different kinds & sizes of tags into a box & mix them all together! I mean circles, banners all the way from teeny weenie to big. It was a disaster! I didn’t know about mass-making back then, but that’s pretty much how I roll now! So I want to know how many of a given object I might have. So I’ve been sorting out all these crazy tags into like items & putting them on those wires that Tim Holtz uses! And I’ve been having a blast listening to you while you’re sorting your goodies! I have to say, I LOVE your idea about cutting the water bottles down to whatever size you need, to keep all the little pieces together! Fabulous! Thanks so much, Pam! Erica❤
The little colored rings in the tiny plastic box are for knitting. I believe they are stitch markers to help identify the beginning of a row on a circular needle or to help count stitches.
Ok....so you did this video five months ago but I have enjoyed watching you organize...YEP I STUCK WITH YOU... 😆 I'M JUST AS CRAZY AS YOU ALL ARE 🤣 cracks me up. Good job 👍 Thank you for the fun....I was crafting while watching...but I got a lot of inspiration looking through your objects. Bookplates? I will think about that one...lol your honey is so much like mine.... just a " no not today" rings through every day...too funny. Have a fabulous day, night or afternoon TTFN ❤️ LOOKING FORWARD TO THE SEQUEL.
Yep, watched the whole thing and didn't even do anything else, too tired from prepping for Christmas, too long a story. We had a very nice Christmas and I hope you did also! Yes, I do need to organize all my crafting stuff, but not today, haha! Thank you Pam for all your inspiration!
I am in awe of your supplies!! I've been a card maker for many years so I have "stuff". But your stuff is cool. especially these 2 drawers. I was dusting while watching. I also absolutely love all your cab8nets with the drawers. I've dreamt of owning one but most are out of my price range. Love your videos!!!
Thank you for inspiring me to organize with you. It was worth hanging in towards the end to hear your cookie jokes! That’s the only REAL laugh I’ve had for at least a week. ThANKS for being you! Have a great week!
Those things that you have put into water bottle cups could be put into glass jars that could then be displayed where you can easily see them. You could even decorate the jars in a pretty cohesive way.
I don't know...I hate to complain, but it seems you have an unusual amount of ads in this video. I know they are beneficial, but gollygee, they are interrupting me watching you organize!!!!!! You have SO MUCH STUFF!!!!! Awesome stuff!!!!!!!! Thank you for making a video today. My husband and I were exposed to the virus and are now self quarantined...what a way to spend Christmas. At least I can talk to my kids and grands on the phone. Merry Christmas Pam and may you have a BLESSED new year!!!!!
Glad tidings to Pam and all. I stubbornly refused to sort today. My metals are scattered Willy nilly with too much of this and never enough of that. And may I mention that I hate having to buy 600 tiny somethings and end up rarely using them, but need them when I need them yet never seem to put them back in the same place twice? 🤣 Thanks for keeping me company as I finish up my final holiday glue page of the year. 💕
I had a friend who's daughter had autism. She and I used to love sorting my daughters loom bands into colour order. It was much easier to do wile talking to keep our mind off it.
Pam, Pam, Pam....so many snippets!! I have some of those 'flower-holders' and have opened them the wrong way! (more than once) 😱 So..? I glued a strip of cloth on the inside of the lid, so when I pull the cloth, the lid lifts up! (the right way up) 🤣 🎅🤶 Hello in the house and a Merry Yuletide to all! ☃️🌲❄ - love from Denmark 🌸💕
I actually watched all of it 😁. It was quite inspiring to be honest. Now I’m wandering when I will see “the light”. Thanks for all your great tutorials and I will be there next year.
In my box for all kinds of paper tags, I save the little boxes from medicines (eye drops, inhalers, antihistamines, etc). I flatten the box, cut in half, gold the box back up & tape if necessary. Now I have 2 shallow boxes!! I haven’t covered them with washi tape (or at least the rim) but maybe I will now!! Yes I have a bazillion washi tapes! I think these would be good for the metal frames & book corners, but I think the bottoms to water bottles sound good for eyelets & other little round things. I think this might be because of the shapes of things, but don’t really know! I generally want boxes because you can fit them in better & there’s no space left between them, but in your plastic drawers I think the water bottle bottoms are really wonderful!!
The colored rings are stitch markers for knitting, you slide one on the needle between stitches to mark where you are decreasing, increasing, etc. Watching this makes me glad that I have a limited budget!!!! And limited space! I simply CAN NOT get all the stuff, but I still have a lot of cra...er I mean stuff. One of these days I will sort and purge.... (yeah, RIGHT!) LOL!
Those small rings/hooks, they could be for knitting and such (marker when you are following a pattern) As for the storage, plastic bottles are a good idea, I use cans, the down side is that they are not transparent....but since I love corn and we use a lot of crushed tomatoes, we end up with a lot of cans ;D less risk for them to tip over too. I agree with you about the small bags! These two bins have been my fave so far, I LOVE nicknacks like these :D I wished I had all those magnets, they get used up pretty fast over here, we use them in miniature building (Table top RPG, playable terrain and such) *super nerd* haha
I’m currently organizing yarn by taking handmade bobbin cards (like you’d use for embroidery floss but larger) and wrapping more useable amounts of yarn on each card. That way I can keep my skeins of yarn in their home but have samples of each in a more handy spot. When I run out. I just refill the bobbin card.
Merry Christmas, Pam, Holly, Sunshine and crew! We are having a true white Christmas here in the mountains of Virginia. A great day to get to cleaning! 🎄🎄🎄
I made little matchboxes with no lids for mine the made a large box base and glued them all in and made one large sleeve, I use them for all sorts, tags labels, metal bits flowers they don’t take much room and only one thing to open, but if the were going in a drawer like this you could leave it with no sleeve, lots of nice bits to play with in there
Thank you for keeping us all entertained during these strange days. I started an unmentionable disease journal and got truly hooked. Is organising sequins by colour wrong? Ha!!!?????? Merry Christmas.
I think the rings that you didn't know what they were are used by knitters to place on their needles between stitches for easier counting when knitting patterns. It seems that my mom used them.
Got cookies ~ home-baked by me! Gingerbread, amaretti & teddy-bear ones! The teddy-bear ones are my own recipe & so-called due to the shape of the cookie cutter I first made them with (there's logic there somewhere! 😅) Yummy! 💓🌷💓 PS: Watched it all the way through... No idea why! Bored? Needed company that took no concentration? Just enjoyed your chatter? Gone insane? Maybe all of the above, but it was kinda fun, so who cares why! 🥰❤️
Yes, I’m watching the whole thing. I love the water bottle idea. (Now I need to go buy a case of water and drink lots) I too need to see what I have to use stuff up. I hate fussing with plastic bags and jars that you can’t get your hands in. I just finished doing a whole craft room re-organization. But let’s face it.... it’s a never ending job! Merry Christmas to you and yours and hugs to Sunny too! ❤️❤️❤️
With ya till the end Pam. 😊 I have been told I'm a sucker for punishment but I prefer your terminology. I have grit😂. And yes, I have separated my sequins by color. Going to part 2 now. Hang on, I'll be there in a flash. 😂😂😂
They are stitch markers for knitting. So you can separate the stitches for the various parts of the garment you are knitting. Or the stitches in the pattern you are knitting.
Well done! Love organizing my whole craft room at least once a year and watching others because I find tips. I started out using small baby food jars for my small bits like this that I found at Goodwill for cheap, but sometimes the lids are a pain, so you could just remove the lids and have them in the drawer open. However, I absolutely LOVE your reuse of water bottles!! Thanks for sharing!
I am going through my sentimental drawer while I binge-watch these, lol! We are also in Florida but have a water filter on our tap and also have a Brita, so no handy water bottles for cups. I need to scrounge something else!
I was enjoying the organization so much I forgot to comments after the first one. I really love the cut water bottle idea. 🐞 I hope you had a very Merry Christmas!! ❄🌲⛄
Ok! I watched the whole video. (I’m desperate for entertainment!) The little circular plastic rings in a box were used about 15-20 years ago for making little booklets! I made a bunch of “pre-reading” books (with one word on a page with a picture) for my Montessori preschool classroom!! It really empowered the little ones who wanted to read! You can send those to me, happy memories!! I think they really started life as a toy to string together & nutty teachers high-jacked them for classroom use. I vote for ditching the screws if you’re never going to really put them in the bookplates (glueing in a brad for the “look” is so much easier!) I think the sharp things should go somewhere else, for your safety! Then I think it will be a beautiful & useful tray of journal-making goodies! Thank you, this was fun!!
I watched the whole extravaganza of sorting, while making tags and eating Doritos and wine. We are a strange breed , us crafters !!!
LOL...we get each other ;) Big hugs! :)

😄 i‘m making trifolds & tags, eating sour gummibärchen while watching
Idea just popped into mind. Maybe an ice cube tray within the drawer to allow you to do the grab and go but still have some things separated.
Excellent idea! 😉💛
I was thinking a jewelry tray but I bet you could easily find an ice cube tray at the dollar store! Good cheap idea!
Great idea for separating all those tiny little bits, thank you
Great Idea1💡Love it😊
Yes I organise regularly to see what I have. I tell myself I'm going shopping in my store. I call it organizing because cleaning is a bad word😀
I love to organize when I'm not feeling creative. I find a lot of things that I forgot I have and I always find things to inspire me!!!

I have all of my brads and eyelets and such in a fishing tackle box. It works really well.

To tell you the truth, Pam I could watch you reading the newspaper as long as you are talking. You are very entertaining and you energize me.
It's her love you are tasting in her frosting. That is why when you make it exactly like hers it isn't the same. I love watching you organize, I look forward to these videos. I know I am crazy 🤣🤣

I’m thinking that you can move your hands with such fine motor skills. Good for you. Be grateful no arthritis, right? GREAT JOB!! Yes, keep the magnet in a safe place..... with six grandchildren..... safety first. 🎄🎄🎄🎄
You could put grab bags of the book plates, book corners in your etsy shop. Love watching the organization videos😊
Holy cow! You have a ton of hardware!
Those colored rings are, I think, bands for chickens. At least they look like the ones I've seen used for chickens!!!
Big ice cube trays sit right in the drawer and would work for your grab & go concept. Also those plastic organizers with the lid cut off would work.

watched the whole thing while i did the post-christmas house/bedroom clean up 😂😂
You could add labels to the drawers of your wooden storage cabinet with those really large book plates. 😊

I am currently sick in bed and watching THE WHOLE THING. I admire your self-control, I would be cussing like a sailor in the first five minutes! 😊
Well, it’s 3 years & 2 months later, but I AM cleaning out drawers & boxes along with you! HAHA! I just discovered that I watched & commented on this last year! I like to use muffin tins when I’m sorting then it’s easy to put like together then figure out containers to size.
This is a great idea too💡😊
I watched it to the very end as I was journaling for 1st time in one of my junk journals I made.
I'M JUST AS CRAZY AS YOU ALL ARE 🤣
cracks me up.
Good job 👍
Thank you for the fun....I was crafting while watching...but I got a lot of inspiration looking through your objects.
Bookplates? I will think about that one...lol your honey is so much like mine.... just a " no not today" rings through every day...too funny.
Have a fabulous day, night or afternoon
TTFN ❤️ LOOKING FORWARD TO THE SEQUEL.

Browne Brittle -- highly addictive.
I am hanging in their and relaxing waiting for more tips. Also to see sunny.
I watched the whole thing and enjoyed every minute of it. I think she's hilarious....
Watched to the end

I actually watched all of it 😁. It was quite inspiring to be honest. Now I’m wandering when I will see “the light”. Thanks for all your great tutorials and I will be there next year.
Your husband is right. "Geteiltes Leid ist halbes Leid" ist the saying. Means "shared woe is half the woe".
Greetings from a fellow German! 🙋♀️
No cookies and not organizing or crafting; have coffee and just watching! lol
I look out for your videos now. Thanks for another good one.
Oh no I’m sticking Pam. You are driven but you have such nice goodies. Use that jewelry in journals. I do.

Holy moley! You sure do have a plethora of “STUFF”!😂. But now it will be Organized Stuff! 😝🥰 on to the final part.
Actually... I was listening while I dyed paper...
Your voice is soothing ❤️❤️❤️
Those small rings/hooks, they could be for knitting and such (marker when you are following a pattern)
As for the storage, plastic bottles are a good idea, I use cans, the down side is that they are not transparent....but since I love corn and we use a lot of crushed tomatoes, we end up with a lot of cans ;D less risk for them to tip over too.
I agree with you about the small bags!
These two bins have been my fave so far, I LOVE nicknacks like these :D I wished I had all those magnets, they get used up pretty fast over here, we use them in miniature building (Table top RPG, playable terrain and such) *super nerd* haha
I'm watching! It's a great way to stress bust !
I keep an eye out at thrift stores for spice jars for my little metal bits.
Those rings for index note cards would be great for keeping your book plates contained.
If you don't find a use for your tiny screw, find a computer person that may be able to use them.
Merry Christmas
Pam you are some organizer❣️👌
Merry Christmas, Pam, Holly, Sunshine and crew! We are having a true white Christmas here in the mountains of Virginia. A great day to get to cleaning! 🎄🎄🎄
I stayed till the end...I did nothing but watch!
Well my I pat is coming to the end and I need to eat supper. But it’s been fun listening to you talk,
I made little matchboxes with no lids for mine the made a large box base and glued them all in and made one large sleeve, I use them for all sorts, tags labels, metal bits flowers they don’t take much room and only one thing to open, but if the were going in a drawer like this you could leave it with no sleeve, lots of nice bits to play with in there
Holy moly Pam...you have some stuff!!! Merry Christmas, keep up the good work, so enjoy your videos🤗
You are a blast!
Little plastic rings in different colored are used as stitch counters when knifing or crocheting.
Thank you for keeping us all entertained during these strange days. I started an unmentionable disease journal and got truly hooked. Is organising sequins by colour wrong? Ha!!!?????? Merry Christmas.
Absolutely not in fact I just had to by a little box to store them all in 😂
I think the rings that you didn't know what they were are used by knitters to place on their needles between stitches for easier counting when knitting patterns. It seems that my mom used them.
Oh Pam! You are a hoot! I watched the entire video! You are so entertaining! Thank you for making me laugh!
I'm the kind of person that sorts my perler beads by color... so I'm still here 😁🤗 Merry Christmas Pam 🎄🎄🇨🇦
Merry Christmas Pam to you & your hubby, & your furry & feathered babies.
You are welcome to send me a bunch of the bookplates, lol. Keep doing what you’re doing, your videos are great. Merry Christmas!! 😁🎄
Hi.pam, watching ilet and corner drawer cleaning. My advice dont let the eylets and the jump ring play in the same sandbox. Lol.
At the 50min mark...the nut like circular metal thingy, looks like it belongs to a compass, for drawing circles.
MERRY CHRISTMAS, friend!
Put a piece of tape on the jump ring flower and label it TOP. I had to do that with some seed beads years ago.
There is something very satisfying in watching this process! Inspired me to do some organizing! ❤
With ya till the end Pam. 😊 I have been told I'm a sucker for punishment but I prefer your terminology. I have grit😂. And yes, I have separated my sequins by color. Going to part 2 now. Hang on, I'll be there in a flash. 😂😂😂
I'll be watching til the very end...organizing is my jam!! We currently have PF Candy Cane Milano cookies in our house!!
They are stitch markers for knitting. So you can separate the stitches for the various parts of the garment you are knitting. Or the stitches in the pattern you are knitting.
lol I Love You! you are so funny. Im happy to know I'm not the only one who talks to themselves ... Im Cleaning with you ;)
still here with you at 1 hour
Hai pam!🎅 Merry Christmas 🎄
I use prescription bottles/containers for little bits
