    I love the cue about lifting the pelvis and rounding the back as well as the weight shift. These are the kinds of movements that i think people do intuitively that people who can't yet step their foot through (me included) are missing!

      2005 I suffering from bamboo spine alkalizing 3 years test all doctors Ayurveda but this is very critical not square so I lost my Yoga iCare 100% bye Pranayam today I am a yoga teacher

    Thank you...One more posture while we move from adhomukha to ekapadha is bend the knees little first and then as explained shift weight by lifting the left shoulders 🙏
