    I love mine. 2016 Fury. I got the dark grey color. I changed out the seat, pipes, and handlebar grips. One of the best lookin and reliable bikes on the road.

    I bought one in April, the yellow pearl metallic grows on you, although I wish the frame were black. I've changed the seat, putting on a Mustang Daytripper seat, Cobra swept exhaust and Fi2000R injector controller, spiked air cleaner, and Memphis Shades bullet fairing, color-matched to the bike. It rides great, sounds awesome, and I get compliments wherever I go!

    They should’ve taken the VTX 1800 motor and put it in this thing then it would be a monster

      I agree, it's sad that they don't make the 1800 anymore but the 1300 doesn't run out too bad. Cruise control and a more up to date chassis would be awesome.

    THEY MADE A GREAT 1800C the fury's big brother.. loved that bike.. as for the horrible cornering of choppers with the stretched out front ends like American Iron Horse Texas Chopper of which i also own... and all i can say is ride before you dispel theory as fact.. although they look like they wouldnt handle well many a chopper rider would teach you a thing or 2...and it is a different kind of ride for people that have no need to rush anywhere because the enjoyment of the trip is getting there...

    The picture you have where it says you stole my look lol
    The Honda Fury was designed by Arlen Ness and Paul Senior that was going to be a production bike and then Paul Senior went into bankruptcy so it never happened until he sold it to Honda

    First bike was vstar 650 then 1200 sporty stoped riding after that for about 7 years man I love my fury I like the v twin but with Honda reliability wish there was more aftermarket stuff for it but I love my 2022 it’s a dope bike for sure it’s easy and comfortable to ride for sure what I don’t understand with the people but say that you can’t ride it long distance because my opinion you can I’m 6 foot 240 and I can ride that bike for hours no problem

    The fury is one of many bikes I want. I currently ride a 2012 Vulcan 900 classic. Thinking about trading it for a fury. I'm not crazy about the yellow though

      I agree … however there’s an easy fix … wrap it 👍👍 it’s less than a grand … you can do any design you want … any color you want … and the new wraps have ceramic coating capabilities …. It’s way cheaper than a custom paint job…. The Fury is awesome

    Hey, fyi... I know this vid isn't about the KT250, but I just wanted to comment on your latest vid, figuring there's a better chance you'll check it. Anyway, I've contacted a fabricator who has specialized in custom, smaller run and one off 2 stroke expansion chambers. I'm, at this point, waiting on additional info regarding a run of bolt on pipes for the KT250. I don't bother with Facebook which is why I'm leaving this here and not on the owners page. My question to you is, do you think there's an interest in an aftermarket "mid range" pipe?

    • @evelkestriegel
      @evelkestriegel  2 роки тому +1

      There's for sure an interest! I'm sure everyone in the group would be stoked on a bolt on pipe with no fussing about

  • @jamiemayer
    @jamiemayer 2 роки тому +2

    That silver painted frame on a yellow is hideous looking that bike needs serious paint work and you got to get rid of those ugly reflectors
    To be quite honest I've heard several people say that they quit making the fury back in 2020 or 2021 so I'm shocked to hear this news but it is good news cuz the fury is a really good bike

      Honda only stopped making it in 2021 due to covid. I love my 2013 Fury in flaked blue with Cobra pipes, air box and Fi2000 fuel/air mixture management thingy. My first shaft bike too and I love the whole package.

      @@evelkestriegel I'm coming from the Yamaha Bolt R-Spec. This looks like a step up. I had my eye on a Harley Low Rider S but at $18K a bit out of my price range. The Softail Standard a bit more reasonable but I hear Harleys cost a fortune in maintenance. I don't know, I've never had one, friends of mine rave about them. I've have very little trouble with my Yamaha.

    The fury desperately needs another 15hp/15tq and a 6spd. If Honda could do that at a very similar or competitive price point like the fury’s current MSRP I think it would be a lot more popular.
