How To Make Pan Pizza Over An Open Fire

You don't need an expensive pizza oven to make a great pizza. Here I make a pan pizza over an open fire in a 12" cast iron pan. You can use a pre-made dough ball or use your favorite pizza dough recipe.
The pizza dough recipe I show in this video is as simple as it gets and it works great for a pan pizza like this.
