    Egg yolk batter:
    5 Egg yolks
    30gr Granulated sugar
    100gr Cake flour
    80ml Fresh milk
    60ml Vegetable oil/canola oil
    1 tsp Baking powder
    a pinch of salt
    Meringue:
    5 Egg whites
    80gr Granulated sugar
    1 tsp Lemon juice
    Flavoring:
    1/2 tsp Pandan extract
    1/2 tsp Ube extract
    1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
    140℃ Gas oven
    160℃ Electric oven
    Baking time: 45~50 minutes
