NYC’s first nice weekend! 80°+ both days (sat&sun) and guess who’s stuck working a triple shift, YUP, this guy LOL, at least I got to ride to both jobs and enjoy the weather a tad. Also saw a sick new gen supra! But literally All work and no play, that’s the sacrifices you have to make sometimes, with that said the message in this video? Work for what you want! It’s the only way you’ll get it, things just don’t fall out of the sky into your lap because you want them, gotta work for it! hopefully all you guys wishing to own and S1K one day get to work! hopefully you guys enjoyed the video, appreciate all the support and viewership and I’ll see you guys on the next one ✌️

I hear ya on the money. I've been divorced 8 years now, my daughter is grown. I'm not spending money on women and I live frugally in a studio apartment. But doing so allows me to indulge my love of bikes, and I bought a new Aprilia Tuono Factory a couple years ago which I'm still in love with lol.

Yo bro I thought I was bad..I work at night 12 to 8am and then sometimes I work a double 8 to 4 or 4 to 12. I have to wait on my weekends off to ride..and hopefully the weather is good. Of course this is the weekend I have to work.😫😫Gotta grind
Yeah same here lol literally at work again as I’m typing this, when you’re an adult it’s just the sacrifices you have to make 😔 squeezing in the rides when I can, hope you do the same, try to enjoy this season as much as possible it goes by quick
"I don't take vacations" me too man..me too. I felt that, LOL. I am constantly doing the math in my head if i was to go out a lot, buy a lot of sneakers, and take vacations, and im like NOPE. Not yet haha.
Yeah i rarely take “vacations”, I’ll take time off from work but I definitely don’t travel, I just use it as time to chill out lol, everything adds up though, the more conscious of your money you are the better!

Enjoyed the switch up Damien from our normally scheduled videos, lol. You do work a lot and you're right, a lot of us aren't well off and work hard for what we do have.
Having said that, please continue being careful with Crystal. I had my ZX6-R stolen in broad daylight, 3:10 PM on a Friday at my apartment complex. A van parked parallel to my bike, opened the side door and pulled my bike into the van and drove off. Saw it on the apartment complex security cameras.
IF I decide to get another bike (I am afraid of the same thing happening), it definitely won't be this year as I'll have to save up again.

Man that sucks dude Im sorry to hear but yeah that’s one thing about these bikes is it takes all of 5 secs to pull up with a van and throw it inside, it sucks dude, good luck moving forward I hope you figure out your next move.. consider picking up a grom and stunting around for fun in the mean time, they’re cheap and loads of fun to be had!

Lol the s1000rr does have that affect man, seeing one in person years ago really did it for me! (It was a 2012 gen 2 all blue S1k, still remember it!)
Nice video. I totally agree with you about working. 1 job doesn't really cut it for me so I always work 2. It takes a couple of jobs to put together a decent income to make toys affordable. It is what it is.

Those pops bruh…people ask me am I going to get rid of mine….NOPE!! And bruh the money part is on point. I use to look at people and say dang how did they get those things and then I finally figured out I have to do my own thing to get what I want to have. I have a fiancé, daughter and dog lol but I still manage to put that time on the clock to afford us a great place to live, 2 great cars and my GSXR. Lesson push hard as you can to get the things you want.
Hahaha the pops actually use to annoy me, felt like my bike had a burble tune which I’m not a fan of but now I’m indifferent about it & yeah man, everyone’s life is different and 95% of us can’t just get anything and everything we want, life just doesn’t work that way lol gotta work for the couple things you want and be happy and content otherwise you’ll never be satisfied anyway 🙏

Idk if you’re in NYC but it’s really a NYC thing to just hustle as much as possible, long term goals for me, personally I would like to travel the world at some point.. I don’t plan on having kids or ever getting married and that’s what I’d really like to do!
@@MADLITS1K i actually grew up in the DC area so we have a similar mentality out there but i moved to california last year which is the perfect balance of hustle and laid back culture. i love it out here because i get to hustle but on my days off enjoy the laid back mentality that some locals have. plus the bike and car culture here is on another level too. you should for sure bring your s1k here one day and do some vlogs bro

Yea madlits1k here in Florida it blows my mind how many people ride without a helmet or gear here seen this old guy on a sportsbike with no shirt and just jeans on and no helmet it was nuts i don't know how its legal here in Florida but someone in a car can get a ticket for not wearing a seat belt doesn't make since.
Man some people jump out of planes for fun or climb dangerous mountains or go digging around in caves lol Live and let live i say, I’ve never cared how someone wants to roll around on their bike, a lot of cruiser guys here in NYC don’t wear helmets regardless of the law but I’m not a cop and idk them so idc lol but yeah when I’m in FL I see it all the time, never looked twice though, if they’re enjoying themselves good for them, life’s short do whatever makes you happy 👍
