How to install a Velux Integra Electric Roof Window - Part 1

In Part 1 we take you through the contents of the Window box and how to remove the sash to enable easy installation of the frame to the roof structure.
The Velux Integra is an Electrically Operated Centre-Pivot Roof Window that can be controlled with a bluetooth remote. It also features an automatic rain sensor that closes when it detects rainfall. The window can be programmed to open and close at certain time of the day.

I have bought this window and when I pull the bar down after clicking it in it won’t open the window, now the bar won’t engage shut either, straight out of the box.any ideas?

same issue here, i tried to click the bar into place as in this video and it will not go, i was worried if i applied any more force i would break something, i don't understand what is wrong with my window.

@@murdocktaylor13 get it wired up and get it moving by pressing the remote....kind of needs to initialise....chain will reattach itselfcsndcdhoild operate freely, happened it seemed by chance 🤔. Give s vouple of try and see how you go

But where the fuck is the pairing button? I'm sick and tired of this, been searching the whole web for almost an hour now with nothing. I also can't see sny buttons in the window!
