I had a mahindra 1526 my cousin sells Branson now tym but 3 year's ago he talked me into tradin for 2515 i use a finish mower with loaded tires and my 2 granddaughters in bucket weighing 225 pounds total it would break traction mowing so it just didn't work for me. I just bought a kioti ck3520se shuttle shift so far it is doin great. Thanks for sharing

You and Tony were a great influence on our decision to go with the TYM brand after looking at others. We do not regret our purchase in the least bit!!
I went and looked at this tractor yesterday and after looking at all the other brands ,I am impressed. This thing is a beast.My only concern is the lack of dealerships in my area, and the ones that are out there are tiny mom and pop shops that haven't been there long.For me, it's between this and the Kubota 2502,but the 2502 is about 40000 more.
I really like my 2515H. I did have an issue with the tachometer quitting periodically on me. It took 3 visits to my dealer but they finally figured out it was a loose wire on the alternator. Who knew the tach runs off of the alternator.
I can absolutely see a lot of advantages for someone looking for a larger frame 25HP machine as long as PTO HP isn't needed. I'm glad Tony addressed the (potential) disappointment that people may have when buying this type of machine if they're thinking that they're going to run larger "PTO HP hungry" implements on the back. That's about the only disadvantage to this type of machine, but then not everybody needs PTO HP anyway. And for people that don't run 3pt implements that require PTO HP, this could be the perfect sized machine for them.
That looks like a very nice tractor! I have a John Deere sub-compact 1025R which is 25 HP in a small frame. It has never lacked power for what it is. This TYM would actually be an upgrade with the larger frame.
Don’t tell anybody, but I have been thinking really hard about buying one of these…I need more lift capacity than my little BX. This seems like the most affordable way to lift 2k lb.
By "detune" what does that mean in practice? How much extra horsepower can you get out of it and what would it cost in labor and parts? I assume that would void the warranty.
@hhamilton1970 maybe buy an older model out of warranty anyways, then adjust the ECU. If there is no mechanical reason it can't support more HP and only a factory limitation in the ECU, sounds like a good way to get a higher HP model cheaper. What peaked my interest is that he said it's the exact engine as the 40HP+ model. So bumping up the HP seems safe. Unless there is something I am missing.
You can "tune it up", by werken over the injection pump by "de-shiming" the injection cam plungers,governor springs,& timming....but it does NOT have the same camshaft of the bigger horsepower models; plus it voids the warrenty & is Not "Easy" to do.Maybe with a "Pyrometer" and lots of "know-how"/ maybe 32hp max!
I almost bought that tractor at Larry Stovesand Tractor last year. It still had Branson decals. My biggest concern was TYM dropping it from their line since the already had a T25 and not supporting it.
@hhamilton1970 I'm shopping now for a 25hp large frame... In my research it says it picks up 2300 pounds and is heavier than Mahindra or LS... Two main selling points for me.. Is that correct?
The kioti is the best tractor...I owned it.. best I ever owned....tym I bought..it was not as powerful as the kioti...hands down the kioti is the best...old man talking...

I have branson 4815ch. And I love it. It fits in every place I need it to, and has more than enough hp for what I am doing with it.

Hank that's because it is .I was on it at his farm. If you look at its specs if can lift the same as a 45 hp.

Yes if you try to tune up the factory settings that would void your warranty

i've read there is a flat head screw behind a plate that you can crank up to get around 30 hp.

sounds right. I've seena. 2515 pick up 2 round bales on the loader before.
