Update!!! Everything is growing out of control!
JUNE TOUR: ua-cam.com/video/UicgBgV92k0/v-deo.html
To avoid pesticides, avoiding exposing myself anything harmful to myself in the garden, and for the bees and other critters in my garden! I’m always digging in there and grabbing leaves and eating them, giving my catnip to my cat - I don’t want to worry about pesticide exposure.
I guess that's not a broccoli
Haha. But I bet it still looks lovely and feels refreshing!
@@somiwonjajo4637 I thought that too. It looks like napa cabbage. And it is starting to bolt.
Can you make more about gardening
I am impressed how you have transformed a small balcony into a beautiful garden. I counted over 20 different plants species in your small garden. It looks beautiful. The kales are clean and infestation free. Lovely and inspiring.
It is amazing 🤩
I agree! I am so intimidated to try this on my balcony with such intense west evening sun. But man, does this make me want to try!
I bet it's so relaxing sitting out there on a sunny day. It looks lovely.
It is! Minus the wasp nest that started forming in my bird box.....
@@kristina_lynn oh damn. We had a wasp nest and the council came the same day to exterminate them. Cruel, but my partner is allergic.
LACEY'S NURSERY I shook mine out before it got too big :( it was directly on my porch door so it wasn’t possible to keep it.

Dear dear greetings, I wish you lasting success and happiness in this world and the hereafter and that all wishes come true for you.🌷🌷🌺🌺🌻🌻
bet there are peaceful dimly lit nights out there!
Goals tbh, you are making the most out of the small space you have
I appreciate the harmful times for three reasons,
we get reconnected with mother nature and remember what we were supposed to eat,
it brings out the Native survival skills of ours....
and we spiritually connect with the grace of the earth which are plants and re-learn we can survive on greens, even for medicinal purposes. I appreciate the hard times, and I love mother nature.
Aww…I’m so impressed. I have never seen such a beautiful green garden in an apartment balcony. God bless 🌺☘️
I don’t know why but being around plants is so peaceful and such such a nice way to recharge.
I glad you actually took the time to put the name of the plants as you got along. that way we can search for it.
Also, love all the plants... I'm not an inside person, so the idea of lots of plantlife inside definitely appeals.
a tip: clip overgrowing plant's leaves (only leaves more than 2 weeks old), and put them in the soil so the plants can reuse them. i do this with my tomatoes and strawberries and it helped them a lot.
Great job on your patio garden. A couple of things you might consider growing are green onions just buy a bundle from the store and cut off the bottom inch or so including the roots. They'll re sprout and you harvest the green shoots over and over all season. Likewise leaf lettuce can be harvested over and over during the season.
Wow the chives have really pretty flowers, I would have never guessed, amazing :)
This is really nice to have self sufficiency for vegies and more green surrounding make you feel more happy .I really loved your apartment balcony tour this is just amazing...
U go girl! When I lived in the city I gardened on my balcony too 💯
The more I get into this video the more jealous I get 😭😭😭 sorry for all the commenting, but hey gotta help my good sis out with the algorithm
I planted an eggplant last week..and baby carrots. Trying to do some potatoes soon. Love your vid
pot planting is so underrated. Especially in states where there are poisonous snakes, pot gardening can make your garden safer.
I love how clean your garden is. It's very put together and comfortable.
wow thank you! I spent a lot of time planning it out
Your garden is beautiful!! This is my first year growing veggies so I'm learning so many new things! I love the idea of inter-planting medicinal plants!
Thanks for the lovely video. For the first time I felt that it’s easy & Doable to plant veggies in small space. You’ve worked out things in a very smart way. Am gonna surely try doing it myself. Stay blessed.🙏💞🌸
Glad it was helpful!
Es muy hermoso, lo importante es aprovechar el espacio al máximo y se mira muy acogedor 🤗
Lovely garden. Radish greens, only the green leaves, are so good julienned into a salad. A spicy nutritious bite.*ginny*
this is so encouraging to see, i know i’ll have to live in an apartment one day but i really don’t want to leave my garden behind😣
Then try to manifest your garden, try to think positive about the future and make the best out of your garden 👍
I am obsessed with your balcony!!! You are my goals! 🙌💚🙌
Definitely goals!!! I’m also growing a lot because of the pandemic. I’m truly thankful
That is awesome. What are the easiest to grow?
I love your garden!!! This is what I want my garden to look like!🥰 love all the ideas and arrangements. I was so scared about mixing plants and veggies but yours look amazing! 💯🌿
Just started my garden. You inspire and motivate me to keep planting. Love, support and gratitude. I’m going to try to keep footage of each step. Thanks for sharing.😘💕
Thank you! That's so exciting you just started a garden :)
This video is awesome!! I just started my own garden on Earth Day but I still have a lot to learn. A video about how you grow and care for them and the supplies and brands you use that would be amazing! Love your videos!!
Hey! Could you recommend edible plants that i can grow in a small apartment?
1:12 yesss.. Attracting beneficial insects. Mimicking natural ecosystems, companion planting, permaulture, plant poly culture, plat guilds, licence... Good . Hope it's going well. This is great. Going to watch more. Yeahh. This is exciting
I live in Arizona in a condo and planted a patio garden this year. I get morning sun. Unfortunately, the excessive heat this summer just about killed everything. I only got about 20 Little tomatoes. I’m going to try again in the winter because our winter is so mild.....I might even try some early spring tomatoes. Fingers crossed
i grew up in rural southern az and still live here, but my mom and i always had the best luck in winter with homemade hot houses that are super easy and cheap to make. all you need is plastic ☺️
Beautiful space! Like a little piece of heaven.
Wow the chives look amazing!! I've tried for 3 years to grow them!!! Nice!
They are just thriving for some reason where they are in my garden :)
I’m just sending this to my lovely friend who is revamping her veggie garden, right now. (We are in the UK) I thought it might inspire her. It’s wonderful ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you! :)
Variety of veggies in a small garden.Amszing!❤❤❤
Hi i am from India. You have a fantastic balcony. You have lots of variety of plants in an average size balcony area with a decent sitting arrangement. Having Morning tea and breakfast here might be a heavenly experience. Good work, good luck. Keep doing.
you don't live in an apartment. you live in an urban paradise Thank you so much for invite me there !
Great job thx for sharing it. Very beautiful, organized, well planned and clean.
That broccoli you said looks like a mustard green about to bloom
Yes you’re right.
your balcony is lookin so pretty 😍
Someones been busy. All looks good. Should be a nice summer for you 😊
Gotta stay busy when I can't go into the field!
What a lovely set up!! I have an 800 sq. metre homestead...it's just a tad too big for me!! I'm not bragging or anything...but your garden is just the right amount in size!! You don't want it any bigger than that!! Cheers!!
I watched this video a few times this week. This inspiring and motivating. This is the layout and exact space I’m trying to achieve on my porch and channel. Excellent content. 💕
I watched your plant tour! We have a lot of the same houseplants and your fabric outdoor planters look like mine too! I rarely see anyone use those on youtube.
Kristina Lynn thanks for watching. I’m inspired more than ever. The look and vibe is halfway accomplished.🤞🏾💕
That is awesome!! Great job. Love how beautiful they grow. Inspiring. Thank you

sprouts and microgreens are the real apartment game changer, if ya wanna eat fresh vegetables every day for pennies
Love your video and info just starting to do it on my southside patio looks easy but isn't but fun to do thank you
Amazing! Garden goals! Thankyou for sharing!
I have never seen broccoli like that in my life...It totally looks like Perilla!!! ... id love to grow Perilla! for Korean Dishes i cook 😊
that did not look like broccoli, its usually a blue/ grey green plant with rounded cabbage looking leaves .
@@khzvaleriesmith6428 I'm sure its not broccoli either.
I have tried to grow Perilla at least four times and it NEVER sprouts for me!
Very impressive! You’ve gone a great job with that area!!
Thank you! Cheers!
Love how u made a great garden on your balcony.
And omg u are so pretty
Redrose Antonio thank you!! 🥰🥰
Beautiful nature on balcony ,,,,,,,Magic jungle !!!!!!!!
Wow, wow and wow, im impressed by how much your managing to grow on your balcony. I've only got a small balcony so had to improvise by using what land there was around my building (that got sufficient sun) love the channel. Liked shared and Subscribed.
Thanks so much! 😊

I was looking for information about what edibles can grow well in a small garden. This video is very useful and helpful.
Great garden . I wish god to make your garden green with full of fruits and vegetables 🍅 🌿☘️🌱🍀🌴🌹🌷💐🌾🥀🎋🍒🥦🥬🥒🥕🍓. Great job . It is not an easy task to grow this garden . I really appreciate your hardwork and dedication towards green . Happy gardening 🤝

Your garden space looks nice and peaceful.
Wow. I loved the video. Thanks for the inspiration. I've recently started balcony gardening too. So excited to see them grow and make a video then, maybe!!
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Your garden looks awesome! I've just started out with mine. I have a tiny apartment so I started with micro greens and salad green. But I really can't wait to have something that is a bit more divers like yours :) oh and goose berries are awesome, I've been harvesting my moms plant and they really are the best straight from the plant.
Your plants look a lot healthier here than in the other plant tour you made months ago
Yes!! I have expanded a ton :)
In such a small space your gliding wonders
Plants look so healthy and yum
I hope to have my own veggie garden one day!! Not only it will save money but it will give families a chance to get them at the store.
Hi . would you like to see original Brahmkamal flower from my garden🌻 ua-cam.com/video/5KHPPIb2oe4/v-deo.html It is commonly known as night blooming cereus, queen of the night, lady of the night as its beautiful lotus like flower blooms late night. In India it is called as brahma Kamal and is treated as a sacred plant. Hope you like it 🌼🌻🌻🌻
wow, this is so cool and also helpful. It looks so niceee.
Moving into my first-ever apartment soon for college! I want to grow some of my own produce to save money on groceries. Thank you for this! 🙏🏻
Really love your use of space in your garden. Blessings. I tried to grow chives but it died. I had more luck with green onions. It’s very hot where I live that the plants have a difficult time even when it’s watered. I’m going to try kale. Any tips?
So much inspiration! I love what you’ve done to your space!!
Using this to help with my garden this 2022.
Happy gardening!
Oh i love your garden! I have a balcony garden too...but yours look so organized! I’ll try doing the insect repellant plant idea! 💕
Me too! Had not though of that idea before
Very cool video, thanks for posting. One thing I noticed is that you are not on the first floor, and the containers can be very heavy… I would put the heavier ones close to the wall where possible, just out of structural concerns. I used to be a contractor, so I tend to notice that kinda stuff lol.
This video makes me so happy!
Can you make a video with in depth discussions on companion planting and tip on what to choose, how to space?
Great idea 🤩
Awesome setup. Your amazing keep being you.
Such a beautiful place ❤️🍃
Great video...watching this in October 2022!
Love your veggie garden so much ❤️❤️
I wish to have one like yours!!
Me too! Inspired to start one ✨
COVID made me grow our own food too. Due to lock downs and shops empty shelves. This is very inspiring!
Wow ! ... So beautiful ❤
Try 15 loose leaf lettuce in a 10 inch pot. Salad 3 times. Cut leaving 2 inches. Should get 3 cuttings 2 weeks apart after they have about 8 leaves and are 2 months old. Grow them in the shade so they dont wilt. Cut, wash, and refrigerate the day before makes lettuce crispy. 😎🌿
glad to learn about dinosaur kale, and mixing together pest control herbs and flowers. I would welcome any tips to keep a way squirrels, I love on the ground floor ... 🤗
Oooh.im in owe this is my dream ,i want this truly. Very good.keep it up.
You have a wonderful balcony garden, thank you for sharing. 😊❤️🇬🇧
So inspiring indeed
Great balcony. Nice size you can grow a lot there. 👍
It appears to me that you need more water. I saw lots of dry spots. I am glad to see your love and success while you cultivate your garden. Keep up the good work.
thank you for sharing. this video provides inspiration. Greetings from Oncu Farm in Indonesia.😊👍
It’s spring here in Australia and you have inspired me to go outside and garden 😍
Spring is such an exciting time!
Try planting amaranth in the free space of your bed.. and may be malbar spinach .. add some edible purslane. Dandelion greens are also good.
I live in a Toronto apartment also and started gardening this year during the pandemic. Grow bags have made it possible. Kristina you have created a lovely garden that flows beautifully with your natural and sustainable philosophy. Btw I love Vancouver Island! I spent a summer studying at UVIC :).
Skating Canuck thank you so much! I love Vancouver island too 🥰🥰
