I love staying off grid on Bruny. My family and I often stay at a place at Cloudy Bay. Nothing like watching the sun setting over the Southern Ocean with a few Bruny Is brews and cheese. I've watched the Southern Lights at night too. Amazing end of the world vibes.
Awww, I miss Tasmania! Road trip is the best way to do Tasmania, because the best places are out of the major cities. You really only need a couple of days each Hobart and Launceston, invest more time around the coasts and in the centre.
Glad you managed to find our hidden gym 😅...Bruny is my second favourite Tasmanian island, I recommend you check out Flinders Island, which I rate number one😊
Stacey you always look so put together. If I did half the things on holidays you guys do, I’d look like a hot mess! Particularly getting off a boat after being out on the water in wind and sea spray. Loving your Tassie adventures. Thanks 🙂
Stunning! It's like this Mother Nature had a 'Build-Your-Own Island' kit and couldn't resist adding a dash of rugged coastlines, a sprinkle of native wildlife, and a whole lot of delicious cheese. Hopefully, I would get the chance to visit Australia with the help of my darts!
I always enjoy your vlogs, I am a big fan of yours. I am also a traveller and a blogger on FB. I have visited more than 50 countries so far, going to New Zealand in March including Norwegian cruise of 12 nights. ❤
Wauw Tasmania so pretty the views so far absolutely gorgeous 😍 that was a wonderful tiny house and the views from it ❤ i agree Danger you need to stay at least an other night or 2 😜. 😂😂The Bloopers . Have a Good weekend 🥰
What a gorgeous and fun start to your day! I loved the visit to the chocolate store and Stacey's "how many are we allowed" because that would completely be my question to my husband
Lovely place Bruny Island, but I`m biased as my family on my mums side lived on the island. That was a long time ago. I have been there to see where the family came from. The light house is also worth a visit.
My Favorite Power Couple with the best content ever. Other friends of mine seem to agree after introducing your channel to them... Still love the original intro song to your channel. My wife cannot seem to find it anywhere. Care to share the name of the song? Love you both...
You're the best! We needed to hear that today ❤️ Ah we've had a few songs over the years I can't recall which one it would be - point me to a vid and I'll jump onto the hard drive and get the name out of the project for ya
Tassie born & bred here: I was surprised that you didn’t go to the neck at sunset to look for penguins!? - also like so many Tasmanians who’s childhood included camping trips to Bruny, it was nice to see that it still has the feel of the family campground/ shack - adventure bay was one of the best places for camping (& getting sunburned) - interesting to see it starting to become a little touristy- used to be that when you went camping at Bruny, there were only little “corner stores” so you would have to take all your groceries with you… I hope Bruny never loses its charm and keeps that sense of “heading across to the shack at Bruny”!
Great to see you guys still enjoying my beautiful home state of Tassie. In particular Bruny Island. Enjoy every minute you have on NZ’s third island 👏❤️👏
Never heard of Bruny? You only had to ask.. For what it's worth, the boat ride heading north (back to the dock) is the coldest Mrs R and I have ever been. I mentioned this to the boat guy and he correctly informed us that at that point, we were closer to the equator than to the south pole. Crazy. (Also, your joey is a pademelon, cutely pronounced "paddy melon".)

Thats sounds like heaven!
We had no idea Bruny even existed before this! Definitely added to the list! Thanks guys 😊
It's so good! 😊

Bit blurry, but it looked more like a bennetts wallaby to me….
@@CheekyKoala I believe you're right. I was going by the law of probability.
WE have been. Enjoyed it with a tour guide. Hope you did too. Harriet, Jim and Yuki
