I’m glad you feel that way Bro, and honestly when it comes to ladder safety I’d go somewhere else for advice. But I like to do the lowest part of the roof and somewhere I could get good angle on the ladder

Before you do a work for someone do you give them like a contract to sign like how does that work and for the legal side of things do you make them sign a liability contract or some that they won’t be able to sue you
No I don’t, honestly I’m terms of legal stuff I’m not the guy to turn to but if there’s a dude that seems like who would sue me for some bs I just won’t work for them
You should definitely get liability insurance. You will avoid a headache of paperwork and meetings w lawyers and pissed off clients should something happen or someone gets hurt. Also, most commercial work will require you submit a copy of your business liability insurance prior to any work being done. Better safe than sorry.
Hey man! Good video. I’m in Southern California. We only power wash the tiles because the build up is so thick. How would soft washing work on tiles with really heavy build up?
@@servanospressurewashingllc1477 The tiles usually have a layer of dirt and algae/moss that’s about 1/8” thick. After we power wash it all off it goes in the rain gutters and ground. Then we have to wash all that sludge out of the gutters and off the ground. So I’m wondering if the stuff you wash off is very little on the thick side versus just discoloration. Do you encounter much debris coming off the roof?
Since your set up is in your truck. How do you store your truck from the weather and if you bring your truck out in public do you just leave your pump and tank in the back at all times.
If it’s raining I’ll try and throw a tarp over it all but sometimes it’ll get rained on and yeah I just leave everything on the bed. The pump is screwed onto my tank and the tank is ratchet strapped down. And I’ve got some bike locks on the pressure washer and ladder
@@wesleytrent8003 negative my main concern is keeping the chemical as far away as possible from the pressure washer. And keeping up with the maintenance and it’s running great
@@servanospressurewashingllc1477 okay I appreciate the response. Just wanted to make sure I didn’t have to worry about my equipment getting destroyed by the sun and rain. I’ll just try and put a tarp over it when I’m not using it.

I live in Miami Dade and work for a company who does this. We rinse the roof off with our 8gpm machine and the left over organic growth just comes off like butter under hot water
Water SH and surfactant or if it’s not a steep roof you can do just water and SH but just water and surfactant isn’t gonna do anything, Surfactant doesn’t really clean it just makes the SH cling to the angled surface longer. A lot of people use laundry detergent as surfactant as well (Pyrex, gain, etc.)
