I interpret Somewhere Over the Rainbow by Harold Arlen & E.Y. Harburg in a biblical content because I am a Catholic. Round the throne of God, there is pictured a majestic rainbow-used to communicate the glory of God. God has not just seen a natural phenomenon and been reminded of the covenant; God has intentionally placed the rainbow in the clouds to serve as a reminder of the covenant and a reminder of the promise to refrain from destructive action towards the earth.
