superb explanation and too much eye opener especially for blood pressure patients who never realize and even the doctors do not tell that bp and kidneys are interrelated...by the time you realise it..its too late...i thought that salt is the major culprit for high blood pressure as i did not have any diabetes i used to eat more sugary items and satisfying increased cravings towards sugary eatables even though i reduced my salt intake substantially ..the major culprit was sugar..thank you very much Doctor and will recommend your channel to my friends and relatives...Thank you once again and wish you all the best in this noble endeavor towards increasing awareness among kidney patients as well as high BP and Diabetic patients....God Bless you always..👍👍👍

You have given a very clear concept, controlling proteinuria. Finaly my Nephrologist has now started Advent 8 mg and xenglu-Lin 25/5 mg. Hope my proteinuria will be controlled. Yes, sure. In fact xenglu-Lin 25/5 is combination of two. Xenglu is Empagliflozin and Linagliptin Advant 8mg is Candasartin and is Angeotention recepter blocker. But these medicines must be taken with the recommendation of a Nephrologist. Never take it without consultation.

It is a million dollar question, and there is no correct answer. You have to watch a few videos to learn what stress is, and then start taking measures to reduce the stress. Start with organizing your life, draw boundaries, put limits to what you can do and what you cannot, do more what you enjoy and less what you hate. Secure retirement, health, and kids education and you will have some peace of mind. Then keep learning and keep getting better in managing stresses in your life.

Sir excessive salt intake cause many issues. A healthy amount of salt is good for your health. Low salt is recommended not only to control BP but for other benefits.

my BP is under control. but recently, i have seen a change in my labs. My creatinine has decreased from 2.5 to 2.1, eGFR is increased from 33 to 39, but PCR has increased from 0.22 to 0.5. I had same results from 2021 when I was diagnosed, but when I started Farxiga, my eGFR became 33, creatinine increased to 2.5, but PCR dropped to 0.22 from 0.5. I dont know what has caused this reversal, I am still taking farxiga. I am suspecting 3 things, one is that I have replaced the brand Farxiga with locally manufactured alternative saudi drug. though formula is same, but it is cheaper. Secondly, I have gained 4-5 kg weight. results started change from last 6 months (3 tests, every 2 months) gradually., and now i am back to 2021 values. another thing is that I was using rebylsis to lose weigh which i stopped 6 months before. I have booked appointment with my nephrologist next week to discuss these gradual changes in lab results of last six months

In your case stage of CKD doesnt matter. You have really bad proteinuria which can damage your kidneys in a few years. Please see a nephrologist and get the diagnosis and start proper management with a target proteinuria of less than 200mg per 24 hours

Yes with more meat in your diet you can have higher levels of creatinine, but the point is that in CKD one cr doesn’t matter. It is the course of creatinine over time.

K 5.3 is normal. Keep an eye on your K levels and keep using kidney protective medicines.

Sir it is hard to tell. laikin testosteron ki koi dawa nahi hoti. Testosteron itself he market may mil jata hai.

Sir i was suffering from nephrotic syndrome with 2.9 g proteinurea but my proteinurea urea is negative now Alhamdulillah and my creatinine is 1.16 whereas refrence range is 0.9 to 1.3 but sir i feel itchy , is this due to kidney? Currently i am on renitec 5mg
Well i am not sure how your proteinuria improved. You didnt tell us that part. And for itching ask your nephrologist.

As a person effected witb iga vasculitis i get regular tests done to keep a watch on my kidneys. I was told a low egfr and high creatanine is concerning but what about a higher than normal egfr and lower than normal creatanine

my BP is under control. but recently, i have seen a change in my labs. My creatinine has decreased from 2.5 to 2.1, eGFR is increased from 33 to 39, but PCR has increased from 0.22 to 0.5. I had same results from 2021 when I was diagnosed, but when I started Farxiga, my eGFR became 33, creatinine increased to 2.5, but PCR dropped to 0.22 from 0.5. I dont know what has caused this reversal, I am still taking farxiga. I am suspecting 3 things, one is that I have replaced the brand Farxiga with locally manufactured alternative saudi drug. though formula is same, but it is cheaper. Secondly, I have gained 4-5 kg weight. results started change from last 6 months (3 tests, every 2 months) gradually., and now i am back to 2021 values. another thing is that I was using rebylsis to lose weigh which i stopped 6 months before. I have booked appointment with my nephrologist next week to discuss these gradual changes in lab results of last six months

In your case stage of CKD doesnt matter. You have really bad proteinuria which can damage your kidneys in a few years. Please see a nephrologist and get the diagnosis and start proper management with a target proteinuria of less than 200mg per 24 hours

Yes with more meat in your diet you can have higher levels of creatinine, but the point is that in CKD one cr doesn’t matter. It is the course of creatinine over time.
One of the tricks is by deep breathing......6 breaths in a minutes....and the other is hibiscus tea.....
Breathing is great. I wouldn’t recommend any tea.
