Love my 592. I actually file depth gauge/rakers lower to stop the blubbering. In big eastern hardwoods it is a phenomenal saw. In softwood pine/aspen it is way to fast. Love the videos.
Mine didn’t come with the deflector, must be on the newer ones unless it comes with the full wrap kit. I went up a tooth on the sprocket because of the blubbering. I found that was the saw bouncing off the rev limiter all the time. I geared it up, chain spins faster now cutting faster and loads the motor better eliminating the rev limiter bounce. Highly recommend changing the drive sprocket up one tooth.
Saw looks awesome! 👊🏼 ✝️ I really enjoy the smoothness of the new huskies! Sometimes a bit heavier than Stihl but they feel good in the hands so you can’t tell in my opinion!
Awesome video friend! I just ordered my first 592. Replacing my mammoth 3120 for the new 592. Looking fwd to a much more user friendly saw. Thanks for the nice short video! Straight to the point!
Your most welcome....glad you liked the video. I hope you enjoy your new 592....I certainly really like mine...feel free to tell us what you like ...what you dont like...always good to get multiple perspectives on these saws....
Nice saw! My stihl 462 acts like it hits a rev limiter when not under full load also. Bothered me at first, 2 years later I'm used to it. Stay safe. Wayno
Looks like it’s got great power! Especially on the low end! I’m pretty sure from what I’ve seen that cable is a limiter for the mounts. And that deflector from my understanding is to keep from blowing hot dirty air into your face when cutting with the clutch side up. Not really sure it matters either. Anyway great video!! I hope I can try one out one of these days!
Hi Jake! Thanks for the input. Yes...the jury is still out on the deflector gizmo....I suppose time will tell if it actually a worth while addition. I hope you are able to give one of these a whirl one of these days. So far I am liking it....
I love mine. The autotune has a break in period where it runs slightly rich for the first 10-15 tanks of fuel, then it leans out a bit. I think you'll find it much better after some time.
@@norcaltimberfaller1943 did you find that after your saw was good and hot after cutting that the idle would kinda suge up and down a bit when it was new? Mine will do that after it gets hot...like its trying to dial in the idle mixture...
Did you replace your big saw or just add on,I was thinking you had a 395. How does it compare. Thanks for your videos this is probably as close as I'll ever get to seeing a redwood.
Glad you are enjoying the videos. I still have two 395 s (great saws) I think this 592 could probably cut side by side with a 395. I am impressed with it so far.
Is that $1600 US or Ca . I’ll stick to my old 2195 jonsered and 395 husqvarna and 98 . Tell me after a year cutting timber with it . Them we logger have a better review on the 592xp buddy . Saw in the wood , stick on the ice and rubber on the road my friend 😊.
Maybe the best Husqvarna saw, stock, in quite a few years

Yes...It does seem to be better now...I have been running it a while now. It is an awesome saw!

yes it does seem to have a little surging going on...but the performance is good..so I dont worry about it
Great video thank you thinking of getting a 592 to replace my 2100 and 390. Shoe
Yes...I think you will like it. I know I do.
@@norcaltimberfaller1943 Thanks for the response.
I like my 592xp,it will cut big hardwood like around my neck of the woods without a problem, awsome saws
Thanks for the input!
@@norcaltimberfaller1943 your welcome
I’ve heard that Walkerized 592’s make a difference. If you’re not in the BC area then shipping to the Walker saw shop adds to the cost.
Thanks for the info!
Excellent
Gracias!😘

Nice, very nice.
Good sawrus cutting wood 🪵 👌
What's your thoughts on it compared to the ol' 395, Dan?
you must calibrate autotune first which needs a log for high and for low rpm few min on ground
Your front wedge is too deep, but otherwise you did good. Be careful not to cut off too much of the hinge wood, that is what controls the fall.😊

Thats 1,600 here in California. I will give updates on the saw....as you say...time is the best test.
husqvarna let me demo the 592 and let me tell you such a monster of a saw :)
Yes...its a stumping beast!
Just got the 592xp, my 1st Husky as a Stihl guy, take care🪵👍🏼🇺🇸
Congratulations!
You’ll be back
