DIY microscope for SMD soldering
Вставка
- Опубліковано 14 жов 2021
- This video shows the process of building a DIY microscope that is useful for SMD soldering, desoldering, and reworking tasks.
The camera used in this project is a USB camera module with a 16mm lens. Using the wrong camera lens would result in undesired image magnification. A smartphone or PC can be used to connect to the camera to display image, capture image, or capture video.

Good hit 👍🏻👍🏻 🇮🇳 || Kuki
I watched just to find out the lens particulars, how to interface it with the mcb and the details of mother board. But just watched how a carpenter workes.
Well done. Now you need a thicker tip to solder smd components
Good
Sir I my case I have 3 wire in camera module red , blue, yellow what I do
I just used an old samsung phone i had and powered it from usb without battery, although i need to find a good lens for it
Friend, is this walrus the one that is sold on aliexpress? Is it antimony? Is it durable?
❤
Where did you find the lens you are using? I've been trying to do this exact thing but have been having difficulty finding an appropriate lens.
I bought the camera camera that came with the 16mm lens mounted on AliExpress. To ensure compatibility, buy the lens and camera module as a set. You may want to explore other e-commerce website
what materials did you use?

hi, Very Interesting project!!! Can you tell me the distance between the camera lens an the object, when you make the maximum zoom on the camera??
The distance from camera to focal point is about 11cm. 1 zoom setting only.
But can digitally zoom
What lens?
Hello, I have a problem with the device. It suddenly stopped working after the second use. I am very sad and I do not know the reason. Can you help me? Thank you
Most probably it's broken
Can I use this module for vga connector?
I have 12v monitor with VGA connector can it be done in any kind of a way? Please
You'll need to buy a camera module that support VGA input.
@@diyelectrovids6536 alright alright good, all in all a camera module? No power source? 5v or 12v? It will transfer image directly to VGA monitor? Just by connecting through VGA plug? Thanks for answer I really appreciate it.🌹🌹
@@ahmedjalout1154 Need power source. In my case the phone powers up the camera
@@diyelectrovids6536 dear sir please help I peg your kind patients, I need to connect it to the monitor, I see that in your case it is a mobile phone, what I am trying to build is a professional microscope with enough space to solder, which is connected to 12v monitor cause there is no 220v ac power I mean no need to arduino board to drive it no program just like plug and play?? Thanks and sorry for long question thank you.🙏🙏
@@ahmedjalout1154 if you want PROFESSIONAL GRADE MICROSCOPE…buy the professional one..this is cheap DIY alternative….if you can build a professional microscope option….you’ll not asking here LOL…
Надо было без ускорения показать, что бы видеть задержку кадров, а так непонятно ничего про качество видео с камеры.
See bro u can use any good mobile directly wich is good n clear also
Good project but bad SMD desoldering skills! You ripped a trace!
Indo nih?
touch your guittar???
No
Nice try….
That's not a microscope.
What are you doing there? Don't waste your time!!!!
