- 1:47 ( Wail Tone -/ Attack / Danger )
6:18 ( Steady Tone - All Clear )
Recorded just before finishing the dialogue for safety steps after the pulse signal X)
The Civil Defense System testing was started at 10:00 AM until the last test which was in 10:20 AM.
If you wish to listen to the pulse signal from the same warning sirens in my place since i didn't made it in time to be prepared for the pulse signal test - here is a link for a previous test in my place ( • Warning Siren - Federa... )
Please Enjoy - Наука та технологія
Pulse Tone: the emitting signal has been sounded. It indicates that the risk is imminent. All citizens and residents should remain calm, not be confused, and listen to the guidance messages issued by Civil Defense Authority, through the official media.
Wail Tone: the undulating tone has been sounded. It indicates that the risk has occurred. Citizens and expatriates should remain calm, not be confused, and listen to the guidance messages issued by Civil Defense Authority, through the official media.
Steady Tone: The beginning of this tone has been sounded. It indicates that the risk has ended. Citizens and expatriates should remain calm, not be confused, and listen to the guidance messages issued by Civil Defense Authority, through the official media.

Thanks for posting the spoken dialogues for the three signals :)
aliultimate009 No prob. 👍
Did they not use Pulse tone
They used pulse tone but it was not recorded sadly ...
I remember around 2000’s when these sirens were more frequent in Kuwait. Scared the life out of me and my family
1:53 4:39 wail tone
6:26 9:16 alert tone
That echo gives me goosebumps it sounds like art
in the U.S. they use these sirens and the tones are: Wail, Steady, Westminister Chimes, Hi-Lo, Alt. Wail and a few other tones.
@Timofey Kozyrev your right
I Found this by the video that had the Canton Missouri tornado siren next to the pizza hut. Didn't expect american tornado sirens to be in countries outside of the U.S. Ironic but awesome!
This place also has Thunderbolts which are System 7000s But sadly they got replaced by these
Go to Tyler, Texas, and everywhere you look around there are Federal Signal Modulators.
Pretty sure the Netherlands has some type of modulator. Probably not though.
Found some danish video with whelens.

Honestly, I always hated the sound of an FS Modulator, because of it's pitch. But, this is a great test video. I like it!
Federal Signal Thunderbolt will always be one of the best from Federal Signal Corporation.
The high pitch is fine to me, this might be why I like the FS 2001.
@@xaviersavedra711 I like the 2001 sirens too, and the FS STH-10.
I love echos like this!!
Also in jordan are using the same type of the modulator siren system
6:25 sounds like the fire alarm at my old school. :)
LOL
Probably it is a System sensor Mass. they sometimes sound like a Modulator when they are set to 800Hz (it isn’t accurate though, and sometimes it can even be 850Hz like the modulator)
rip ears
can't understand the english
Wear headphones
I heard it Said Deleted But idk
Hey! I'm hear and the voice still gots me upped.
+Giovanny Plascencia you mean you don't understand what it says ?
skip to this part ( 5:55 ) and try to listen to it :)
+aliultimate009 Okay I heard a bit better.
+Giovanny Plascencia This is what i'm sure that i heard on part 5:55 :
*Wail tone ---- has been sounded - it indicates that a risk has occured - citizens & ----- should remain calm - not to be confused, And listen to the guidence ---- civil defense authurity - through the social media.*
aliultimate009 Wail tone: the undulating tone has been sounded. It indicates that the risk has occurred. Citizens and expatriates should remain calm, not be confused, and listen to the guidance messages issued by Civil Defense Authority, through the official media.
Kawait was if not the only then one of the only places to not only have Thunderbolt 7000s (which are EXTREMELY rare) but to also run them in pulse
I see X)
They got rid of them. This replaced a 7000, Plus those thing were about to fail.
+WAandCASirens I know, I saw on ARS. And yeah, unfortunately they were falling apart. There's a video of one going off for a Nuclear Fallout and it sounds AWFUL. The brushes on that one probably wore out
@Timofey Kozyrev wiki.airraidsirens.net/System_7000
@Timofey Kozyrev the Thunderbolt 7000 used a backup generator. Check out the link I replied with
were i live in ontario canada our ontario canada airborne fire brigade has these federal sireins in rural areas that are in high forset fire risk areas in kingston ontario this would be northern and cenyral frontenac countys as there is a lot of pine forset in that area so they often test the sirins as well as the gamewell fire warnning horns that alert the public to a fire in the area
Wow! That's quite a siren!
I wish I could get one of these with 8 modules.
Darren Hall yeah pretty cool
cool! random fact:
the bottom "blob" is only a reflective surface
are these actually loud?
I think they are loud.
I did not know Kuwait had sirens like the United States!
the way he says Modulator is satisfying :D
Glad to know it 😁
@@aliultimate009 xD
*We have several of those on the mllitary base behind my house *
That's some pretty great timing.
Actually - i was late for the pulse signal
+aliultimate009 Wait, where is Kuwait
+Giovanny Plascencia arabian gulf - middle east :)
+aliultimate009 okay, but damm that Modulator has crazy echos!
+Giovanny Plascencia I was recording while houses were around me - if not also counting that i was inside a car X)
This one looks like the one in holland i know that beques i live in holland
aliultimate, may I knowif they're still have Federal Signal Thunderbolts? If yes, you could make a video on them.
FahmiRBLX
I would LOVE to but sadly they replaced them ... but there is a word of the existence of ( maybe ) one but i need to check if it is there & if they're still using it or not
Rip the thunderbolts
@Timofey Kozyrev 0_0
6:26 is it just me or that just got louder
Yes it did get louder. They do that as the amplifiers warm up and that makes the siren get louder
The echo makes it scary
In Kuwait? Oh my
The Wail on these sirens is the best siren sound imo.
Interesting how a siren in Kuwait has a really thick American accent when when speaking English...
I showed this to my deputy head teacher........
Modulator 6024 ?
Creepy
How did you time the signals perfectly? Lol
There is a voice record which was edited as an early notice before sounding off the siren to make sure that the audience won't jump scare by the sudden start of the siren.
There is a clip which if you had listened closely you'll notice that my voice doesn't belong inside the car but more like placed in the video by using a voice clip.
How do there siren work
This siren uses speakers.
It is electric.
I cant really understand the english
The second one sounds worst
where is this siren
Kuwait.
@@aliultimate009 could you be a little more specific
Arabian gulf - middle east.
@@aliultimate009 I meant where in Kuwait
@@dinkindane This siren is everywhere in Kuwait 😅
This one was in the south of Al-Jahra governorate.
At 5:15 why did you "that was an auto wick"??
That was in Arabic*
+aliultimate009 you meant it was Arabic???
+lmao ok
the spoken language was in arabic :)
Yes :)
Okay
nice voice it kind of sounds like you speak Portuguese
+Madison H
Thanks X)
Actually I'm arabian X)
My accent is almost like mexican X)
What accent do you have?
Mexican ? 😅
As i was told 😆
@@aliultimate009 I thought you were Scottish 💗
@@mindysandel7966 That's great if my accent is from that area in Britannia 😅
pretty sure Gulf Arab
@@davem6024Once a year usually.
That’s wail tone
Most people confuse attack with wail
Attack IS wail.
Wail tone is used for :
1- Attack.
2- Tornado.
3- Tsunami.
and more depending on the region.
@Slavic Doggo hello Comrade
Kuwait used to have thundebolt 7O26.
7000 Series Thunderbolts Generally which works on gas X)
@@aliultimate009 ye.
@@aliultimate009 dude it doesnt work on gas but on a generator (makes sense why is there a huge box on the 7026s they had)
@@theplaneeditorstjpoharyant3107 Then what does fuel that generator ?
Gas or electricity or a generated electricity through gas ?
Voice to loud I can’t understand the language
Because i was just only a 10ths feets away from it - plus due to that there were buildings around me which causes echo 😅
