I always find wild type bettas so interesting in comparison to the normal bettas we see on the regular. The vibrant NATURAL colors, the fins, their shape. So beautiful and under appreciated in my opinion

yeah. When I first got into bettas, I only liked the domesticated long-finned varieties. Over time I've actually fallen in love with wild species. I keep a mahachaiensis, which I think is one of the most beautiful species, and just can't go back to the domesticated ones. Wild type bettas are insanely hardy, just as personable, and much more peaceful

I think it’s super important to see videos like these, so people can see their natural habitat. When I first met with bettas, I taught the red veiltail betta is the one, which is living in the nature. Then I saw the halfmoons, and at that point i realized that, those fishes are not that healthy. And than I found you here, and I am so happy for that. The wild bettas are much more beautiful, however they don't have that big finnage. Their colouration is much more natural, and more impressive. Thank you, for beeing this helpful, by uploading videos, to see their natural habitat, and everything what we need to know about them❤🥰

This is a great way of showing how the bettas live in the nature! Many people believe they live in a small puddle and uses that as an excuse for keeping betta in very small cup’s and bowl’s, because the fish are already used too a small amount of water! Here they actually can see how the Betta’s have plenty of water to swim in!! Great video!!

I've been wanting to get a betta, but could never settle on what color or finnage I like the best. After finding your channel a long time ago, I learned about the beauty of these wild fish, I never imagined they where so gorgeous, much more beautiful then any fancy long fin betta.
