    Definitely worth buying. Dust is no joke, especially with silica/asbestos. Check to see if you have the right filters.

    Great video. It answered all the questions I had. I have a beard, so can't get a perfect fit. Unless anyone has any suggestions...trying to build up the courage to shave it off for the first time in 15 years.

    Christ I hope the corona virus doesn't get so bad that we have to wear these for extended periods. Not so pleasant.
    Anyway thank you, I realize I have been wearing my mask wrong for a long time. Hopefully now it won't cut into the bridge of my nose as bad.

    • @SkillBuilder

      The coronavirus will get that bad and within 3 months we will all be wearing whatever masks we can get hold of. I recommend the Stealth from Trend because it looks like the kind of thing cycle couriers wear and is not so alarming. If you want one get it now because the Chinese have been buying back the masks they have sold to the West. Containers loaded and ready for shipping have been turned around for domestic use.

    what if you get a size that's larger than what you should get? Adjusting it tighter to "squish" it should really fix the problem, contrary to having your mask too small?

    Would this mask help with pollution whilst riding a motorcycle?

    • @DannyTillotson
      @DannyTillotson 4 роки тому

      It would but might be difficult to wear under a helmet. Even with a flip up helmet I think the filters could stick out too far at the sides and still not fit.

    Sadly an employee with a beard doesn't mention what his company is recommenting for their masks. I'm using 3M and they recomment you to be shaved.

    • @SkillBuilder
      @SkillBuilder  7 років тому +1

      One of those things. He did tell me they recommend a clean shaven face but I said you have to be realistic. The thing about Press to Fit is that it will highlight any leaks. I am assuming some beards are more dense but if it fails to work you will know about it.

      Remember if the seals do go, you can always filter air through your beard too. ;)

      I believe that there are very few situations which are beyond humour. Often it helps to make things more accessible and what are you going to do, ban laughter? Pol Pot did that. People were taken out and beaten to death for smiling at each other. Good plan.

    • @02markcal
      @02markcal 7 років тому

      I agree with your statement, but feel there is a time and place that are more appropriate than others. Without humor the world would suffer greatly, so we agree.
