So creative and I will counter all of the comments about the talking with her instructions were succinct so that I did not have to glance at the screen once. Great job!

Strength, balance, and control are just amazing and inspiring. Since the movements were a bit involved, normally a person might have to spend more time watching you in order to follow along. However, thank you for speaking clearly through the movements which eliminated the need to stop and watch. I’m impressed that you could give concise instruction while executing. Well done and thank you for sharing your “building heat” with us!

THANK YOU for a beautiful practice!!!! Your clear instructions make it easier to follow without having to stop and watch (which aids the Vinyasa flow), also loved moving into familiar poses in a creative way. NAMASTE!!!

What I love about this style of instruction is that almost every single "inhale" and "exhale" is mentioned in connection with the movement. Maybe that's connected to why it sounds a bit monotone -- because she's describing all of the movements connected to a single inhale or exhale in one out-breath, like a chant. I feel like that promotes flow -- slow and steady breathing as you move.

Mm. This flow is bangin. 🤙 Thank you for sharing, Alo Yoga. I would loove to see more practices like this. Built heat, but was also fluid. I gotta work on those side planks w lifted leg. It’s gonna take me years to get it to Kayla’s height. 😭 Feeling energized and connected! Namaste 🙏

As a somewhat intermediate student I’ve done a lot of online classes, this one was one of the hardest to follow. To each his own, but this style of class just isn’t for me. I had to shut it off halfway because I couldn’t keep it.

It was challenging and I enjoyed it and felt some great opening in places that I really needed but haven’t been able to get at yet, so thank you very much! Great cues.

I tried! Her poses are beautiful and fluid but her delivery is VERY confusing‼‼ But it looks cool! I just couldn't get the calm in this.

Considering this is an online course and we do not have access to the assistance of an instructor, it would be best if those classes that are more challenging were slower. I though this class was almost too challenging for an online practice, as well as hard to follow

Loved the flow by itself. It was really dynamic and like a dance, but there was too much talking in the same tone which made it feel too mechanical. Part of the beauty of practice is sitting in the silence listening to your breath and truly experiencing poses, and too much talking can take away from that.

I thought it was really creative, but it was hard to follow. If I had taken a couple of her classes in a studio prior, I’m sure I could have followed better. I unfortunately couldn’t hear some of her cues & kept ending up on the wrong side or in the wrong pose, haha.

The amount of talking affects your breath and concentration, consider reducing the amount of talk, it will be much easier for the whole coaching process.

"Awesome workout". But it did not work for me. From the constant talking, my head hurt. It's a pity and sad because I haven't done such a creative workout yet.

Same feeling here, I suffer from anxiety disorder and even when I loved the workout and it was really challenging, the constant talking all in the same tone made me really nervous. It's a pitty.

Her tone is SO repetitive and mechanical. You're supposed to do yoga to relax, not to tense up. I stopped the video after 5 minutes because I was so disoriented and annoyed. A shame because the flow seemed good
