James is a drag racer through and through. He has been at it for at least 15 years that i know of.
James is as interested, if not more interested in the physics and the car set-up than the actual racing.

I agree. I like doing burnouts. Watching them is pretty silly. Brent was awesome, but it is not my thing at all. Same with drifting. It's a meh. I love the channel and the guys, but I hope they stay close to what brought them to the dance.

If you watched the videos of work getting done on the freedom factory you understood that. He paid or reached some agreement with everyone there to get the work done. He went ahead and helped them out as much as he could and got right in the shit with them as he could. Hes not trying to be anyone, hes just living life as he thinks he should and it shows.

I love the passes the car spits fire because when you watch the in car footage you can see the joy in Garrett’s eyes and it’s awesome!! Leroy is a badass machine
One major thing for the return trip concerning the GT500. The way you had it strapped allowed for sway, when you load it up to go back, make sure that the front straps are pointed towards the back as the back straps can only point forward.
That way it will eliminate sway, if it tries to sway forward, the front straps stop it, sway backward, the back straps stop it.
Just a bit of precaution against scrubbing the front bumper on anything.

Good to see they made it. I was on my way when a tarp flew off a truck and covered my windshield. I ended up bouncing of 4 cars on the freeway and totalling my car. I just wish I knew where that tarp came from.

It's a huge accomplishment to get just one car running really well; the Cleet gang is running three and they're all at or near the front of the pack in three classes. That's strong performance and the gang is still having as much fun as anyone. Keep going!

But Alex is out of wiggle room. James is sitting good for the week. He actually has the advantage. Ruby will go faster at the other tracks. Alex can't. Shes maxed right now. She'll have to go slower. And she openly admits its not her style. We'll see what happens. I'm follow her as well as the PFI/Boosted Bois channels.
Alex taylor will break something. I like her but her car can be fragile sometimes. Ruby is a tank that just keeps on keepin on

Yeah I was thinking the same. I think the guy comes from a filmmaking background so he's recording everything at 24ps which looks "cinematic" but is awful for capturing anything with a ton of speed and motion like drag racing. Going from the 60fps footage of Cleetus' go pro to the 24fps of that guys old sony is very jarring and looks pretty unprofessional. Hey Cleetus, give me a buzz I'd you see this, I'll come make your vids look amazing!

DOT tires don't necessarily mean no burnout, I just watched that video too, he said high mileage tires, the tires on the GT look to me like the tires on the minivan, radials or something? But street legal. So they very well may be good for burnouts, plus he doesn't just James it up in the burnout box anyway.

Definitely not just you. Still not impressed with the project prime productions. Audio and video are sub par.
It’s because everyone on UA-cam is used to cheap go pro videos not real cameras shot in actual 24fps. 60fps is natural frame rate and neither is the go pro saturation.

I’ve been watching Cleetus McFarland videos for the past year and I make it priority to watch all his videos when they come out. There’s more entertainment on his channel than anyone else’s channel. I got in a bad accident and broke my neck and ankle. When I was in the hospital I still made it a priority to watch his channel. Thanks for the good entertainment and good laughs brother.
