For those who don’t know… he seems like a really good trainer. And she is being much more technical than you may think. Trained Muay Thai, boxing, and jits for long minute (still do) and I’d gladly train under this coach. Good work to both of them. 🤝

I’ve always wanted to do boxing as a hobby, maybe not sparing but just that little something extra to keep me fit and keep me excited! Looking clean, not many girls strike well from what ive witnessed, they concentrate to much on how they look vs technicality and mechanics, surprisingly you seem to get the technical part of striking. Can I ask how long you've been training? Feel like your've done this a while now just based on your performance but if not, you're a natural.
@@arealblackcatGood for you dude! Its one of the coolest, funnest things I ever did growing up, watching this gave me a nice little motivation. Keep at it, promise you wont regret it. If there is one big regret I have is not continuing competing. Not saying you have to but it's one of those adrenaline sources that you don't get from any other place besides sparring and competing and winning is just another level of dopamine that is really hard to match/replicate. Even if you don't compete learning to throw a proper punch is a really cool tool to carry with you. And if anything ever goes wrong in life, like someone threatening you, then there's at least a small sense of security that you can semi defend yourself. Like your hooks btw, they are nice. You coach is also really great, he catches on to the smallest of details, should stick with him.
