Personally I'm not really sure if the Wingman is actually unbalanced but the argument is that it's broken in the sense that it's disproportionately strong the better your aim/higher the rank. No other gun lets you run only ~2-3 stacks of ammo comfortably and has the damage output of a sniper but is easily usable at pretty much any range. Plus with the return of Skullpiercer it's even stronger if your aim is good enough to hit headshots consistently.
Just Imagine if there was no jitter aim, no tap strafe, no super glide, no hyper jump, and we couldn't loot a box and still move on PC anymore People would get killed by nubz more often I think and "Pros" would quit.

You cant remove it . Its not a game mechanic its how shooting works in every singel game . There is no way to remove it . Its not an exploit its how shooters works . It also exists in Csgo .
You can reload a gun half way by switching to another gun. When you switch back to the gun you tried reloading it'll just continue back where you left off
