harmony is the only melee which can do this :(

its not about damage cap or self expediting, but rather the fact that it is the only melee which can receive multi cd buff. more specifically it can partially double dip cd, similar to having uneven faction% in heat inherit.
harmony was modded for generic 2x spam but it had co instead of killing blow incase damage was too inconsistent.
dagath obviously needs high strength for this.
