    Hey chef İ'm thinkingn of serve my girlfriend a rolled chicken breast with spinach and cheese and also I thought serve this chicken with tahini sauce which is garlic and loemon juice and with purslane leaves. What do you think?

    Tatar, tataren- it’s from ethnic group, it was meat ground during horse riding, kept in special bags between the horse and the tatars rider it’s so annoying! Tartare is hell in greek mithology

    It’s has to actually be meat for it to be tartare sorry bud but you should know this. All you are making is a salad and misusing a word.
