I have had mine for over 12 months and works fine apart from tolerance of -1psi, through experience of using these devices for a number of years it is ESSENTIAL you smear some grease on the locking nut and tyre valve stem because if they are left on for a few months epeially during the winter without taking them off they can (and will) fuse to the tyre valve stem and you will have a hell of a job removing them..... Just for your info, but a great device which always remains charged, I have never had to manually charge the unit even in poor sunlight....

I have the same device. It reads consistently 2 psi high at all corners compared with two digital tire pressure gauges of different manufacture, but it's not exactly higher math to do the subtraction. Overall, a useful gauge. Update: This may be peculiar to the one I have or generally applicable to the product: The LCD display does not appear to tolerate cold well. After an overnight of temperatures in the teens, the brightness of the display is now approximately 25% of its original brightness. About one week has passed and the LCDs are still at that dim output.
@@tomq1804 It still reads the same, however after being parked outside in freezing temps, the LCD display dimmed and never returned to its original brightness.

Last week I got a flat tire and ended up driving a good 3 or 4 miles before I found out one of the year tires had gone flat - I was hearing a strange noise, but it seemed to be coming from the front tire, which I checked and it was ok. I've been looking for a remote TPMS ever since and this one might do the trick. As an added bonus, it costs much less than the US$ 100 one I found.

The weight of the senders can in time cause the valve stems to leak due to the weight of them, just like trick valve caps do, the skull/dice/pool ball ones etc., also galvanic corrosion between the lock nut and stem can make removing them impossible, so keep an eye on the valve stems for cracking and splitting also when you fit the lock nuts use some grease to stop water from entering, some kits have a rubber seal that fits over the lock nuts, fill it with grease before you fit it.
